cld someone plz tell how do we save the songs in the playlist where we cld set up the song according to the mood .do we nned to b connetced to internet to save songs.

remove the battery from the mobile, push the start buttom of the mobile for 5 sec.
replace the battery and start the device, will work fine again

Tory, we have 3 in the family all working perfect for more as 4 months.Maybe we just a lucky family or you really have bad luck that SE collected all bad mobiles for you. Anyhow painful if happens what you said, but for sure not a standard rule

ok this phone is crap i had to take mine back 3 times in other words im waiting for my 4th phone to come in the 1st one didnt have an on button (how can someone miss that duh)and the 2nd and 3rd ones decided that they would like to turn themselves on and off every 2 mins and that is no exageration i timed it so for thoes still deciding DONT get this phone!!!!!

maybe a little too expensive, but once you used the mobile, you will never regret you bought it. really nice and easy to use mobile

I have been using SE for many years..this is my third SE phone..first was K700i.second W800i (the best in the business) and now w900i..!!
Pros -
- It's slim, easy to handle and use..no issues with weight..slider moment is also smooth.
- Screen size..which comes handy while playing videos.
- Smart search of phone numbers..when you type the number on the screen it displays all the names automatically, it's a great assist.
- if youhave a GPRS/EDGE then the web feeds feature is something that makes you get the information at ease.
- SenseMe is something that I like personally, feed the music to your phone according to defined moods and it will play for you with a simple navigation.
- The auto rotate feature is a good one which allows you to see the videos in full screen mode without any button click just rorate the phone.
- Songs categorization is superb, according to genre, artists, album, year and more, you need not do anything, phone does it for you.
- Like the way SE provided the desktop softwares..media manager is a good one.
- A great experience while surfing throught the next, browser is of next generation, but another aids like Opera mini can do a job for you easily, but wide screen helps while browsing..be in a lanscape mode and it's much better.
- While playing videos it's easy to pause and resume from that moment, which I missed in W800i.
- Managing images is wonderful, specially the slideshow modes are awesome, slide show with music, with effects..sad, happy, energy, romantic, silent all are good, the x-pic story, nice feature from SE.
- Small features where you can learn small guitar chords, piano keys as awell.
- File transfer with PC is amazing, 2GB M2 card reader is awesome.
There are many other features as well, but let me go to cons now.
Cons -
- The walkman key on the top is too small, difficult to hold and shake the phone to use the shake control.
- Handsfree Connector on the left, which is something I don't like as it's difficult to put the phone with attached handsfree in the pocket.
- Regarding the same, I can't keep my phone on table with screen facing me and watch the videos as the handsfree connector don't allow me to do this, with no handsfree it's fine, like television.
- Camera, why the hell SE degraded the cam feature in this phone, normal 2MP camera, no zoom on 2MP mode and 1MP mode, zoom on VGA which I don't use, no flash,no photo light, it suffers in night eventhough there is a night mode, no macro feature as well, no cap for camera as I had in W800i, no special features for camera as well, distortion of colors in low light conditions, but with bright light phone acts as a K series one.
- Handsfree is normal one, HPM-70..with the phone of thisquality it should have been at least HPM-82.
- If I'm not mistaking, but I couldn't swap the files between folders, there is no option called as move to folder as it was in W800i.
There will be many cons as well which I'll post later on.
but in total, this phone is an amazing beauty and useful if you are a music freak, if you are a camera freak then go for K-series, this is a phone meant for Music and it is the best in the business, anyways thanks for reading and sorry for spelling mistakes :).

i think the motion sensor thing only works for certain games like the marbles game which i don't really fancy. i have no other games other than the ones already pre-installed

Hi, here in review I've read that you can use built-in motion sensor to play games, with just shaking the phone instead of using D-pad. That would be great, much like nintendo wii controler. But is this really true? It works in every game i.e. preinstalled V-rally or just in some dedicated games?

is this phone really worth the AU$729 its priced at? i think not, i wouldnt pay anymore then $500 for it and i work in a mobile phone store. but ill be buying it soon, i love it

I got this phone for about 2 months now. The phone went dead on me just couple days, the screen went out on me, i can still dial, recieved incoming call. Does anybody know what happened to it?

people its a walkman phone, you want a better megapixel and better looking photos than go buy a damn camera. im sick of hearing how the picture quality sucks. then go buy a freakin camera.

As it is of sony ericsson so i was expecting something else...But i found it flop because the 2MP camera is there but the quality of the photoss are not good....alright forget about the camera bcoz it is a walkman series model but enen the sound is not good....WHY I PAID LOTS OF MONEY FOR????Company should give some compensasion to us....

i had brown one for bout few days to a week. this phone is really really fantastic. except for the fac that it is quite slow the other negative point is how can they put just a 2mp cam on this great phone i grade it 9/10

by the way, the shop admitted it was a loose slider and after trying two otger ones....same probpñem with slider....they had to admit some w910 had already been returned for the same reason. I asked for a refund and got it. Not another slider from SE, thnak you., I loved my w850, what a good phone that was.
I guess now, my luck has started to change, I could recover my money!
And I say my name, not like you, and have been writing here for ages.

I've had the phone just for a month so I'll list the pro's and cons that I've had so far.
Pro:
-Excellent receptions and audio during calls
-Speaker phone very loud
-Easy to use menu
-Fast HSDPA internet and browser
-Good quality walkman (though I found the ear phone quality in the box set under par)
-'Shake it' is a convient way to skip or go back to track by either shaking the phone forwards or back
-Camera is decent on par quality
-Camera software such as panorama, ie 3 photos into one as a wide angle shot pretty amazing.
-Voice dialing works well
-Large display (very nice especially while writing sms)
-Very stylish slim, and light
-Battery life is decent at around 4 and half days with average use (ie 40 minutes of call, 4 sms, and 30 minutes of listening to the walkman, per day)
Cons:
-The keypad is plastic, not sure if the quality will last
-No flash on camera, but pictures in dark ok while using the night mode option on the camera
-Slide mechanism has the slightest click while open and speaking to someone
-The extra gaming keys are situated at a strange place right at the top of the phone

Four of them & you consider lucky???!!! ... then you must be running extremely bad luck???!!!
If your luck is so bad, I suggest for you to just stay home for the time being or go to the church to pray ... just in case some bad accident may happen to you!
