This message is for the person who is living in Hk and NYC. This phone would be better then w850. The reason behind it is, North America use 850mhz and this phone has that frequency. W850 dosn't have that bandwith, and this phone does. If you are looking for a phone to use in both countries. Look for a quadband phone instead of a triband phone. Quanband is always better to use in North America. You will have drop calls with triband phones. Look at all the Sony and motorola phones with quadband.

W910 actually has 3 soft keys! All Java Platform 8 phones have that. You are probably mixing it up with the "touch screen" that K850 has at the bottom of the screen for the 3 soft keys?

there is no soft keys in this phone only in the K850

Donno, I just went to some phone stores, but they all said that SE only ever made red and black. I'm starting to get confused by them now, but I haven't asked the store that carries Gold and White about their stock/availability yet.

Sony phones have great cameras....they can take pictures in low/dim light situations where other phones cannot. Try & compare for yourself(without using flash)!

I bought this phone yesterday and already it has broken. I turned the phone on this morning after charging it but it won't pick up any files on the Memory Card. I'm having to take it back today to be exchanged. Fingers crossed that it won't happen again.

I found my T650i better than my W910i ...cause I do not like the small keypad & the feedback from pressing those keys are quite negative.
According to my service provider's statistics; 1 out of every 4 W910i was returned because of freezing problem!
I do not have such problem with mine, but a friend of mine is not so lucky...
