it's camera wont be better than w810 since it doesnt have AF. Also W810 has a very large sensor 4.8mm so it will produce high quality images. btw, w910 has a cyber shot menu for its cam and also has Photo Fix built-in.

I don't understand why you guys expecting a good camera phone with autofocus when clearly this is a phone from the "walkman series"?? Personally I wouldn't expect much out of the camera if i chose this phone. If you want good camera quality instead, get the k850i or wait for w960i which won't be as slick as this one!
