i juz bought tiz fon last week.......its price RM700 for malaysian money..........its simply superb fon........for me the restarting pro didnt appear.......me using havana bronze colour its nice too.......the screen really nice u will really like it........the headset sound is great well u all noe tat sony headset sound is best...........the sound from the speaker is low but nice not so low but the sound is clear enaugh.........other than tat the camera oso clear not so bad.........tiz is my opinion but tiz fon really nice to use its look class the slider looks solid.........W910i really nice to used try it dun simply scared caused restart pro buy it and used carefull the restart pro will nt appear......bye

best walkman phone ever... u will get the most latest things with this budget phone,... a 2 mp camera,, powerful walkman,,, acclerometer,,,, and a lot more...

please do stress on the fone speed.I have w580i and it is pretty slow. I want to buy this one but if its slow than i will think of something else. Please help

very very very slow mobile. dont buy this... all app.can hang, slow, restaring always. the dialled no.is without in phone book is very slow, i.e., (we dont know the call is outgoing or not? )

I got this phone early this year, by Vodafone.
My phone did restart sometimes as to many users using this "forum", but thins changed...
I have a friend working on "datafax", which is the company responsible for technical support of SE here in Portugal. I gave him my phone and he made me the Swap, which consists in changing the phone to a new one. This one came unbranded with the latest software in it... the problem of restarting one time a day is now gone, speakers are now louder and I have nothing to say but GREAT PHONE guys =)
I already liked it, but now it's better
To all of you w910i users, update your phone's software and if possible remove any operators/carriers firmware... your phone performance will improve and small problems will be gone.
To all of you thinking in buy it, go for it.. it's cheap to what it offers. EXCELLENT music quality with it's original "headset".

I have this phone for almost a year now. At first two months im regretting buying this phone since i couldnt install a opera browser in it. But aftr Sometime, opera mini 4.2 came out and its perfectly fit for my se w910i. Now i cn enjoy free browsing on the net and download almost everything that the phone can handle. Its really a great phone. Setting up is so easy. Keypad is cool. Light weight. Stylish. Great music, good cam ( depends on light presence ). And yeah, frequent restarting is a major prob. I think, what makes this phone hangs is because of overlapping of system instructions. Meaning, i have noticed when i typed fast on the keypad, it hangs, or if there other features that simultaneously functions like listening to music while browsing the net. I think, re starting maybe because of human usage of the phone. Try to use it one step at a time and u will see restarting will nt be a problem or cn be prevented. And one more thing, leave enough memory for ur phone to breath. It actually help when there's memory for ur phone to store.

selen, 13 Jun 2009hey guys i read ur opinions about the w910??and i'm really ... morealternative phones will be w595 and the w902, my opinion; both have smaller screen though, if your budget fits on w902 get it =) i nver went to a service center;the phone does restart but once in a while and you can always do a software update using the SE website. i heard the latest software solves the restart issue but i have'nt tried it yet; been busy recently =)

Every one who uses W910i must have noticed that the factory themes of this phone makes it vibrate in the main menu when you select each menu item.
Now what I want to know is where can I find themes like that? Also how can I program my own themes for this device?
I tried searching the web, but every theme I tried does not vibrate at all. Can anyone please help me?

i think this phone is great!! i would recommend this phone to any1 who wants a music phone.
like once in a blue moon it shuts off and in 10 seconds comes back on again. this phones sound quality is very clear!! its not the best sound but is still great! 8/10 for this phone!

I'm definately gonna chang... moreHave you ever tried to change your sim? re-install software? what about your phone, it's not unbranded right? operator's firmware, that's what causes most of the problems in this particular model. Unlock and remove any firmware from your carrier and the phone will do fine. It has everything you need to update it correctly. I don't know but I would bet that your carrier is Vodafone, isn't it?
