Jolene, 13 May 2009I'm thinking of buying this phone,.. But i'm kinda scared b... moreI have had this phone for about 9 months and the only problems I have had with it are 1) it restarts itself sometimes. It comes and goes those. Haven't had it happen in a while now. 2) Sometimes it does lag for no apparent reason, but it usually comes back within a few seconds. This problem is negligible, though, as it does not bother me all that much because of its infrequency of reoccurrence.
Overall this phone is very nice, one of the better SE I have had. The biggest problem is the camera. My old K550i also had a 2mp on it but its pictures were leaps and bounds better. But if you are not going to use the camera that much I say pick this phone up.

But if you're that kind of person who loves snapping pictures with their phone then get the k770i. I would suggest getting the w910i though, it's got the a200 platform.

I have just moved from a Samsung fone to a Sony. Wow, this fone is good! It's got a big screen, and the display is excellent. I like the way you can check the battery level. And you can zoom into your pics and actually save them so you have got real close ups. The battery is good cos of initial charges. Wicked fone.

i have just bought this phone due to its look,style and good csreen size but unfortunately is has the same problem i was feared for ,restaring itself and no update software is available though i reinstall the same version which it already had, now look what it brings now. if anybody helpme resolving this problem i will be thankful to him/her,

Anonymous, 11 May 2009how do i do a firmware upgrade??Go to the SE website and download the software upgrade for the phone. Install on your computer, you need to have the usb cable for the phone. For updating make sure computer is connected to internet.

got this phone recently and it has restarted twice in two days. the software version is r1fa035...no updates are available...can this problem be fixed? help me please.

hi peeps!! i've checked w/ se-nse.net it shows that there's R1FA037. i'll try to update my phone using SE update service and see if there's a new software, at the moment i have to back-up my files

anyone can help how i can upgrade my se w910i to latest version,,,bec when i upgrade through my phone it say that i already have the latest but its not....RIFA030 is my version....i think already have RIFA050 or more....hope for any reply..thanks a lot guys..

This phone looks really nice but sadly, I haven't got the chance to explore it much cause after a day of enjoying it, my precious brand new SE W910 phone was stolen by some bad guys. Luckily, they didn't hurt me physically though my mind and heart was totally broken cause that phone was the graduation gift I received from my mother. It's a bad experiencing. Someday, maybe after earning enough money, I will buy this phone again and kill anyone who wish to touches it again!
