about the crashes, i bought the phone about a month ago, had some crashes but after a software update they stopped, don't be afraid about the crashes, they can be solved by a simple update

Bought dis fon last week n i must say im pretty disappointed wid dis fon n esp wid sound quality.even megabass is of no use.thru headfon sound quality is xtremely dissatisfyin(no bass at all).thru loudspeaker sound comes out ovasharpened.i mean 2much treble n no equalizer can cut it down.k750 heck even w200 can outperform dis c..p in sound department by miles.n oh ya i hv had a hard tym typin dis post.i feel lyk i jst have written an essay of abt 600 wrds.keypad s**ks.

I have bought this phone about two weeks ago and I think that the phone is great. I am very satisfied with it. The functions are very good, the screen is awesome and the audio is spetacular.
Costumisation is very good (themes) altough I miss some options, like displaying or not the date and time on the stanby screen and the idle time, it is not possible to change the delay time to enter the screensaver and shut the lights out.
On the cons it is a bit anoying that it takes about 2 minutes to start up and be fully funtional, but after that the phone responds very fast.
The only bad thing is that sometimes it mutes the speaker when receiving or making a call, altough this is fixed sometimes by opening/closing the phone or activating the loudspeaker...

However, besides the softkeys and the four-way shortcuts you can use the toolbar (accessed by the lower left key) to access most used functions, it already has BT and you can add more shortcuts. Hope this helps.

i dont buy this thing yet. but, after i read ur opinios, i've decided that i refuse to have this phone. y ha? bcoz u stated that this phone can switching off by itself. aaaargh!! tipah tertipu!

i love evything about w910.. the only major problem is it keeps switching off by itself.. i already master reset it.. but still cannot solve the problem... want 2 buy w705 or w995 to replace this phone..

I have this phone. It was fine for the first 3 weeks or so, then it started crashing, and just switching itself off, even in the middle of phone calls. Its a great phone when it is on, but i crashes and does what it wants to so often that it is barely useable. I have a lot of friends with this phone who have the exact same trouble with it.

Been using this phone for past 1 month n theres no other word to describe it other than AMAZING.
Its an outstanding phone and at least I have never encountered any problems...no crashes,no restart just SMOOTH.....great Music phone
Dont buy it becoz I dont want competition ;)

this phone sucks
it was always crashing and they took it for replacement of the motherboard after 5 services and i must say its way too slow than the previous motherboard. they have damaged the panels and broken few of the parts and are not willing to replace it.
dont ever buy this phone!!!!!!

This phone is aweful, I have had it for nearly 18 months and it always crashes.
It vibrates, turns itself off and the little red light of doom on the back turns on. I have no idea what it means.
Also it wouldn't let me read/send any text messages..and all Carphonewarehouse told me to do was a 'master reset' which is under settings on the phone, which deletes anything not saved on the memorycard. It's a good phone when it wants to work but I wouldn't recomend it at all.

johnt, 03 Mar 2009if i put a song on my phone(Bluetooth ,...) can it be my ri... moreyes dear. you can have it as your ringtone. it doesnt matter whether the clip is 5 MB or 6 MD or whatever, you just have to set it as your ringtone. i have a k800i and i have used songs which are >3MB as my ringtone.

I got this phone at £250 thats a year ago. Now its £78.00, im really annoyed about that.
