Its due to some virus in the memory card. Format the memory card and scan the content which you going to load in the memory card.
This will resolve the restarting problem.

Ive been usin this for 'b0ut 5 m0nths..
And i had n0 pr0ble w/ it. . .
It has a GREAT MUSIC CAPABILITIES!
The m0ti0nSens0r n0t that really fast as N82 has, but thats g0od.. Cuz my friend had an n82 and the m0ti0n sens0r is very sensitive.. He always get mad where ever he litle tilt the f0ne slightly it turn quikly to landscape!

And it has a GREAT LARGE DISPLAY, se set high c0ntrast in it. . .
The result is clear, crisp, sharp images!!
The 2mpix camera is n0t as go0d as my k750i can do! The pr0blem is, n0 autof0cus and flash. . . the result? For me is below average, but rec0rdin a video is quite fun. . .
The m0ti0nsens0r can to l0t of fun! You can use it to c0ntr0l the embeded java games, you can also use it to change the track you listenin! By pressin the walkman key and shake it several times to left and right..
The default NETFR0NT v3.3 web br0wser is go0d, it same as k800i. . . With g0od page renderin, plenty of 0pti0n, savin the web pages, but its n0t as go0d as n0kia s60v3 and up! The s60 br0wser is GREAT!! Great pages renderin, virtual m0use p0iter!

i have posted comment praising this phone. but this is my 6th month using it and i am going to get rid of it for g700. i am not saying this phone sucks. but i do have some problems like the phone offing by itself and that it occasionally hang and restart and its getting more frequent. when i 1st bought, its perfect now the problems start coming in...

i have 2 numbers... i use 2 w910... red one and bronze one.. i love this phone... slim and sleek... and the most nice application is PAN and ZOOM, you can zoom the picture and save it.. then.. send it away...
the camera is poor .. but we can fix it in photo fix right after we took the pictures.. so .. it is just fine...

It's very good, it has a few probs, but not that much. Yours was a faulty one.

Too big, and very clear and the level of contrast is very high, it is too much better than e.g. k800 or k810 screen.

After using this phone for about 4 months. I've just about had enough of the restarting. While your sending a message, listening to music, or even talking to someone. It automatically Restarts out of know where. But other then that problem this phone is pretty fun phone to have... The keys are soft, maybe a bit to soft. Sometimes you won't know that your even pressing a button. I would recommend this phone for people that doesn't easily get mad over little bugs...

The W910 is a very slick and very sexy looking phone, but poor in every department. Poor internal speaker, s-l-o-w typing when texting and listening to music at the same time. My games disappeared (YES, disappeared, vanished, deleted gone by themselves at their own will). It also s-l-o-w to scroll through your contact list. I've had it for 8 months and im over it. Im thinking of getting the Motorola V9, im pretty keen cause it is a flip (clamshell, whatever you call it).

I think, for you, W890 is a very good phone, but it's screen is a little small, only 2", it doesn't have any motion sensor, and no flash, but the features it has more to w910, is video recording(QVGA@30fps), 3.15 MP camera and only 78 grs of wieght (really light!).
