Why would you need an expansion card when you have 4gb? I do admit that the omission of a camera is a loss, but i would think that this device is targeted towards another target audience.

mmm.. i think sony ericsson now is trying to follow motorola, competing in making slim phone. Well done, despite the fact that this phone is still thicker than V3, remembering that the V3x (3G version of V3 is 20 mm thick) this is better than V3 plus 4 GB hard drive.. cool!! this explicitly announce their seriousness in competing with Ipod.

Its disgusting to see everyone is comparing this with the ugliest design ever from nokia the N91. You guys should be comparing this with Samsung i300x. And then again unlike samsung i300x ot that Nokia Shi-t this is not a smart phone according to the specifications. Hope this will be a good music phone though.

Nice model, but not camera only for lovers music same the ipod video, plus this model have radio an html browser mmmm edge no (mmm bad)
I wait the second evolution for this model, may be come back with camera, wifi and others capabilities.
Coool for the bluetooth headset for my w600i.

poor s.e. this model is a remake of the m600...tsk tsk tsk... they always do that... like rice.. add some ingredients.. whalaaahh!! instant fried rice... nokia n91 is far more better... if s.e. will remake a device, they better make sure its a good one.. ok i am not biased... but the w950 is really not gorgeous...

i can nvr understand y SE doesnt incorporate EDGE even in its top end models..i mean 3G is all fine but in north america...the 3G network is still in its infancy...so is this more of a marketing gimmick to suit europe or asia? that would be a shame if they are short changing pple in the states and canada coz there r a lot of pple who prefer SE to other companies...
the w950 is prbly bein marketed as a competition to ipod..hence no camera, or wifi of edge..it ll be interestin to see how SE sets its pricing strategy for this product...

sony ericsson tried with w800 then again with w 550, but have finally hit the spot with the new w950. finally a phone that will give apple a run for its money. no camera in the phone a good option, more memory time devoted to running the mp3 player. well done sony.
