Same res. as the w580... BUT bigger screen makes it a little blurier (or rather phones with smaller screens and 320x240 have sharper pic:) ) picture... screen quality is very good, dont miss the cam much cuz i backpack a d80 with 28-70 lens so this phone was a prefect pitch for me...

I'm planning to buy this instrument but the only thing I'm worried about is the display. Can anyone talk about the clarity that it's display has ? Since it is relatively old instrument, how is it's display compared to latest instruments from SE like W580i ??

it has no camera cuz some organisations don't allow their employees to bring 1. and SE has the foresight to notice this & cater to this group of people. my cousin's in the air force, no camera, no thumbdrive, CDs etc allow, and he loves this phone. 4gb, touchscreen & great music functions.

90% of phones are made in china. In fact all phone bords are made in china. U can check that with your IMEI number. If it start with 35, and I bet it does, it's made in china.

I wonder how much mb videos i can upload to this phone?
It's 4Gb , does it mean that i can upload some movies ( like 500mb-700mb) and watch it?

This phone is fantastic, the loudspeaker is great and the 4gb storage is enough for my music needs.
When listening to music through the orginal headphones it is very low, like everyone has said so i swapped them with another pair of headphones and sound is better with megabass and higher.
Who cares about the camera not everyone wants a camera in their phone espically seeing this is a music phone.
I would recommend if you still can find it.

this is crazy a phone cost almost arm and a leg and no camera.u buy a phone for $100 it has cameras ,atleast they could had put 1.3 mp cam so that customer's shd had got a full pack,and this price no cam not even wifi.this is crazyyyyyyyyy.

It has no camera bc it is a WALKMAN serie, SE's attempt to differentiate it from K-series, which focus on camera. W-series focus on music playing capabilities. And it doesnt have to have a cam if it has a 3G - you can also use 3G for TV or web streaming, faster speeds for Internet browsing etc.

I wonder why people crib about no memory slot. The phone has an internal memory of 4 GB, there is no phone which can fit a memory card that is more than 2 GB.
If you this no cam on the phone is a draw back,there is no phone which takes a perfect pic. If u need to take good pics u have to buy a digital camera instead. I bet this is one of the best phone around.

It is good that you can use 4GB of internal memory, you know that it very stupid when its corrupt de memory. There is no slot to put the memory card. This is from the user. THY

Hi all, I've got this phone for 2 days now and I'd like to know something - 1. is there any way how to change the shortcuts that are on the display when in standby? On M600 i could easily change it in preferences, but here I can't find it. 2.There is some "vodafone stuff" in the phone.I just updated to the latest sw version via the sonyericsson updater,but it didn't help.When I go to messages,under the sms inbox i see vodafone mail. Is that normal? How can I get rid off vodafone stuff?

Hi everyone...wanna say that the sound quality is very good,but the sound level is very weak, maybe 'cuz of medical care!....i don't care that w950 does not have any camera, because camera phone's pictures are not professional. can anyone living in u.s. tell me if their w950 are made in china?
