Because w810 and w850 dont have symbian OS and a touch screen with a stylus pen with hand writing recognition and a complete PDA package.
The w810 can only go up to a 2gb card anyway its unclear how far the w850 can go up to at this point.

why would you want a 4Gb HDD when sony already has 4gb MS Duo, twice as fast, bout 10 times smaller & if you drop it, you wont shatter the glass platter(micro HDDs are made of glass.)
w810i or w850i has the same sound quality AND a 2.0 MP camera

it aint about the camra its about the fact it has a 4 gig internall memory so more music, and learn to write properly and no that silly shoirt hand stuff that no one understands...

Carphone Warehouse says it's coming early 2007, looking at their website...
That means we have to wait even longer!!??
So 25th Sept or delivery in Oct. don't make sense at all..!

agreed with that. dont waste your time unless you want a slow as phone without a camera.

the keypad design is flawed, butons dont always work & are difficult to press, also the UI is no better than the m600; incredibly, painfully slow. the concept is very cool but it is disappointing to see that the handset does not quite live up to what we expected.

hey all this phone is set for launch in the uk around the end of september on the major networks 29th of sept for voda and will be box price of £400 plus vat on vodafone. cant wait looks mint!!!

i think overall the lack of potential walkman phones out there is what makes ericsson be best at what they do, again the

Pv9c, please, don't start another rage between SE and Nokia!
and also dont dare to say N91 will be better in sound quality as SE w950 had not yet released,.. remember both phones are smartphones,.. W950 will also adopt every single chips to call it an ultimate music phone,.. nobody knows,.. SE can surely put dolby digital or SRS surround or anything to bring down your favorite N91,.. as this phone not yet released... but it has it's own wide fan base,..
-by the way IPODs are still the best for an Mp3 player against all music players/smartphones in the world,..

I love this phone even I'm using w900i now! I'm waiting to buy that but I've waited for long time. I also see just the word "coming soon".
If it comes with the camara as a model of w900i is the best.
Can you tell when it is available?
