Hi...I have this phone for about a week and I think that it's a great phone! But I kinda have a problem whit it! When I installed a theme that I downloaded from the internet, It crashed...it started reporting some error so I pulled out the battery, put it back in, and tried to started again...but only the start screen showed up(the Walkman sign)! So i gave it a little time to start and after 3 hours it was just showing the start screen again. It wouldn't turn on or anything!
Can somebody please help me. I know that I should take it to the repair center ,but I'm from Serbia...and these kind of phones cost big money here, so I think that the repair is gonna cost me a lot of money to, so I'm asking is there a way to home repair it somehow?

Can anyone help me my w950i touch screen is not working and many functions cannot be accessed even the power save is not working and this reduce the battery life.I will like to know what the exact problem is. you can email me j_adebayo21@yahoo.com

Why need camera while u can play music and browsing with BLACKBERRY (from Indosat-Indonesia)?
This phone compatible with Blackberry at my country.

This phone is extremely cheap right now.. less than US$50 in most places.. the P990 costs the same while the M600 is a tad more expensive at $100.
The prices for all UIQ3 phones have crashed completely.. I have seen used P1s go for less than $100 and W960s for less than $175.

How come so expensive...?? Maybe they cheating u at Mangga Dua Shopping Centre or Atrium or Roxy ..i guess...
In Melbourne ..just around 45AUD...much cheaper.
So...next time you can bring it to Melb...

i have got one, 1 year ago, it's really really nice phone with high quality for musics. so so so many programs can be installed on it that they fix it's every (little) problems, such as setting pass words, making your phone to look like a win mobile... try it, you wont be ashamed....

click main menu,
tools,
control panel,
other,
master reset.
also, go to www.sonyericsson.com and click support to update software.
remember to back-up your phone on your pc first!

trada, 03 Oct 2008can u tell me how u update this phone? any risk involved?To update a SonyEricsson phone, just go to www.sonyericsson.com and click on the "support" tab. You should then be able to navigate your way to the SE Update Service. I hope this helps...

Please dont buy this phone i bought it for 28,000 after one yaer i sold it for 5000rs no resale value and using it for long time it will have problems of hanging always, ayatem will bcome slow and over performance is not good at all

I just got this phone 2 days ago. All I can say now is that it's a mostly fantastic phone. I immediately updated the software upon getting home, after which there was a dramatic increase its overall speed.
Having said this though, I have one seemingly minor glitch. The GPRS indicator is permanently light blue, as opposed to it being a darker blue. I've used the M600i, and I never had this problem with it.
Does anyone know how to fix this bug? I doubt if the SE Update Service can fix it, because my phone has the latest software. Thanks!

is a great phone, I have it for about 1year. no problems with him. is not getting slow when you have the media memory full.Kinda slow if you have more programs installed I say about 20-30 programs or games.About viruses, you have an antivirus software on the phone's software CD. But no need to install it because any pc antivirus will detect if there are some viruses on your phone
