Try to change the apn settings first, before you try it so if it switched over to 3G, there's no internet charges at all.

specifications and check the video call time information. It has been shown with X.
Now go to any other phone's page like W995, Hazel etc and you would see that UMTS call time is mentioned.
SonyEricsson has confused lot of people with its secondary camera. Before these phone everybody use to understand that if there is a front camera then it would be able to make video call but with the introduction of these phone this kind of myth is now broken.
having secondary camera doesn't guarantee video call but yes it can do video chat. but for this the other party's phone should also have such kind of phone which can support video chat. There is currently no app for video call however for video chat there is.
If you are into video calling then buy it at your own risk however Galaxy S 1 and 2 of Samsung Android phone does support video call.

will be phone be updated to further android updates easily after 2.3 or will it be same as xperia x10 where we have to wait long or like xperia x8 which we cannot update it after 2.1

Loudspeaker is not good. It is average. Sometimes you may have problems hearing that someone calls for you. Dunno about the app thing. But over all this is a good phone.

1. Need to know this neo battery performance,
2. Camera performance, (anybody noted the photos of this and arc, both released in the same month, but in arc photos no tree leaves)...both are looking good to my eyes..
3. Loud speaker performance.
4. Any video player from android market to play most of the formats eg. mkv,.
