Also you need to install another video player like MX Video player or Rockplayer. Because the current player on the phone doesn't support other video file format.

it has been 2 days since I have bought this phone...it switches off ans then switches on by itself..wat do u think the problem might be?

Hi,
Is it a good choice to buy Neo from eBay. Because its the only choice to buy in India.
Anyway I called the eBay vendor & got the following as reponse for my queries.
1. I can go in person to the shop in Chennai as Im also reside in Chennai. But I cant use cards only cash payment thru in Person.
2. Dealer's warrenty means if any fault occures means we have to take it to the vendor or we can service in SE service center & claim the money from the Dealer.
The 2nd point worries me. whether the Dealer will reimburse the money after we serviced on our own. If true means would it be 100%...?
Can anyone clarify it...
Also I want to know whether Neo will get any problem so that it will make me go to service frequently...
Whether Is it a failure model because SE stopped it.

this app called audio manager. I then put it into my phone , i then put two or three sounds up to full volume and then put the camera on and took a picture and the various sounds worked. So i then uninstalled the program and then tried the normal sound built into the camera and they worked. i turned off the phone and turned it back on and it still worked. :-)
