SonyEricsson has confused lot of
people with its secondary
camera. Before these phone
everybody use to understand
that if there is a front camera
then it would be able to make
video call but with the
introduction of these phone this
kind of myth is now broken.
having secondary camera doesn't
guarantee video call but yes it
can do video chat. but for this
the other party's phone should
also have such kind of phone
which can support video chat.
There is currently no app for
video call however for video chat
there is.
If you are into video calling then
buy it at your own risk however
Galaxy S 1 and 2 of Samsung
Android phone does support
video call.

Guys Can anyone tell me wen this handset is going to be release in India... Sony u r just destroy the fans of handsets by just delaying the release. Now Lg optimus black, samsung galaxy s and Moto Defy + and samsung galaxy w with similar config or more are just release within the price range of 20,000. This Neo itself not released in India , within that they r plannning for next device Neo V. Wen u r goin to recongnize the frustation of ur fans.

I owned this xperia neo phone and it works great. been using it for 3 month now. Battery will improve when charge regularly. The important software that u need from market is, JUICEDEFENDER. Improve the battery usage! really! now my phone can stand for 2-3 days for normal usage, oh, and a lot of surfing.

I am a Malaysian and i just bought a xperia neo today...
I tried to update the software in order to get xLoud, Zoom in in 8mp and 6mp...However, my pc companion show that my hp have the lastest software but inside my phone, still don't have xLoud, Zoom in for 8mp and 6mp...Anybody know how to update it???I need your help,feedbacks are needed...Thanks a lot in advance...

hi guys, I wanna ask some questions :
1. I heard that the battery is terrible. is it that bad or annoying with the battery or is it tolerable?
2. some previous comments said that the gallery can suddenly dissapear. is it happen to all neo?
3. what about overall usage of this phone, like typing, browsing, taking pictures or videos, telephone, listening music ?
4. is it a worthed phone to buy and use? or should I wait for the se ray? or any recommendation phone?
please help me to decide whether to buy this phone or not.thank you.

This phone is good and nice.
but i have problem in Front camera..when i use vedio call from some applications like Tango program, the screen is black.
I don`t know if this problem from phone or application?

Some applications working even if you didn`t open it
like (whats up , nimbuzz, viber ...)and Reduce the battery life.

as status in the phone specifications the phone came with the 3G video call but thats no such function wiht the phone. How to get the software?
