Yes with the latest update you will get xloud, zoom in and out in 8 mp camera mode. Unfortunately zooming is still disable in all video camera mode :( which you can do with thw x10.

Hello Xperia Neo Users!
Just want to ask, if internal storage matter? like dis phone only have 320 MB sumthing, internal?..Eventhough you can have external expansion up to 32gb, some Android apps, store some data in your internal?..pls.confirm, This is d only issue, that I doubt to buy this phone.

Hey guys,
I finally got my Neo MT15i blue yesterday and i updated my firmware to the latest firmware. I was happy with the phone overall but image quality is good but not as good compared to the x10. I'm very pleased and happy with the Xperia neo. However, one my biggest disappointment is that the you CANNOT ZOOM or Pause in video recording mode even with the new software updated.
My only suggestion to Sony is too come out with the future software that would enable you to zoom in and out while recording and pause while recording.
