It actually looks amazing in sunlight, and is completely clear as can be. Indoors and in the medium light of a room, it can be near impossible to see without moving it to a brighter or darker backdrop. If I move it in front of a window, or the TV, though, it looks fantastic.

On the flip-side to that, the segment that this is for expects high quality (but will tolerate quirks). For one, the keys should have been of higher quality (and perhaps being touch-sensitive would have improved the build and feel). The various light-leaks should have been tightened up. The phone bleeds light from the sides and between keys. I will also admit, though, the fast/pop-port is completely unacceptable. At the very least it should have had micro-usb and standard headphone jack. I think the idea is a complete winner, but the execution wasn't quite there. I don't care about the price, though I admit that it is hard to warrant it due to the build quality alone. With it sitting comfortably in the lower $500s now, it is coming down remarkably fast. It may turn out to be a complete flop for SE, but I still give them credit for trying something completely off the wall and different.

Every time I read someone say something like, "It costs too much for what it is," or, "I'd buy it if it were cheaper," I can't help but think you've missed the point. The phone isn't for you. This phone is for a very specific segment: a segment that likes to show off. It's the same segment that wears flashy clothes to get noticed, drives flashy cars. It is a phone to stand out from the crowd. I have news for you... Those types don't usually go for bells-and-whistles technology. They want something that works, and looks killer doing it. It's not for the majority, if it was it would be a complete failure. If you want a big screen, tons of memory, tons of apps... Cool. I don't blame you. It's what every other phone is for. This is for a different segment.

This phone is a wonder and great creation of Sony Ericson.Its really a created art and very friendly user I have one and bought with Teletec warranty.That is only company is carrying full range of 5 major brands.
