It is not for kids to "play games"
It is small and packs a bunch for its size.

have been using this phone since one month. this phone has serious battery issues if u use it continuously for playing games,gps,wifi,browsing even with brightness 0 the battery cant even last longer than 4 hours.most of the good android 3d games are'nt available for this set because of its crappy screen resolution so forget any good game or apps on your phone and even is you get you cant play as it will drain your battery and seriously android market is a crap.the phone camera is not so good as what can be expected in "sony ericsson's 5 m.p. phone" .the phone memory inbuilt is too low.this phone seriously needs android 2.2 so that apps can be stored on s.d. but thats a dream as sony is not able to deliver a 2.1 update.
otherwise phone is ok,sound is ok,messaging ,social networking,gps are ok.
rest other problems of zoom,bluethooth can be solved from android market application vignette,medival bluetooth file transfer(even available on play now).
overall this phone is serious bore no good apps,games even if you hav you cant play becase of battery esp during travelling when people require it the most.

I have this phone for 2 weeks and the speaker does not working any more.if someone is calling me does not ring,even the media player can play.if i put the headphone is working otherway no.you know something about?and i dont know to sset only the sim contacts

if you dont know how to use this smart phone it doesnt mean its bad...
READ THIS...
you should know that its not the same as BT (BT is for Bluetooth) on other phones...when you start apps that turn on BT on your phone you should go on descovery devices...(remote) than the other device have to give you permission to access the remote device (enter the same pass...example 0000) and then you explore folders on that device...memory or SD card, and transfer to your phone whatever you want...
Use BlueThooth File Transfer app...
AND THIS...
FOR WATCHING MOVIES (.avi) go to android market and install RockPlayer(Version ARM V6 VFP)...when you start it just press Back button and you could use it for free...
if you have PayPal account you can buy full version...its worth it, youll see...

PLZ do not even think to buy it. this review for those who are planing to buy this mobile .
I bought this mobile but it was worst decision of my life within 2 days i frustrated with this mobile
1. Bluetooth get paired but unable to receive & send.
2. internet working fine in browser but not in pre-loaded software of xperia. i went to SE costumer care service center but they all don't no how to get correct the problem .they updated software but problem not solved.
now i m going to buy new nokia x6 within 3 days....

You have to download the bluetooth app from android market place until they update to 2.1

i bought the cel one day back charged it fully as green lyt wa son b4 usage but the battery lasts only half a day yar....what a big problem....

I see many questions on this forum about problems with file transfer via bluetooth. The answer was given a few times already if you read the whole forum what nobody is doing of course. Androit 1.6 doesn't support bluetooth file transfer. So there is no problem with the Xperia mini, the operating system does simply not support this function so it can not work.
What to do now ?
First very soon SE will release the Androit 2.1 update for this device in which bluetooth file transfer is supported and so the issue will be solved.
Second, on the Androit market there are bluetooth file transfer programs for free available, these programs allow you to transfer files. Just download and install one of them.
Hope that clears out the bluetooth file transfer issue

bought the hp for only 2 weeks and the menu key got jammed and the whole prog got jammed? Anyone with the same problem?

mundo, 30 Aug 2010i have found that after the first charge it did not last to... morewhen u taken any new mobile charges for 4 hrs by switching it off , for few day the battery backup will be less ......
dont charger for full night now u may get good battery packup after few day your battery pack up will become very less u cant think ...
