On 22nd June 2010 I have purchased a SONY ERICSSON XPERIA X10 MINI with a belief that Android based SONY ERICSSON product must be very good. But it is not true. Becasue
1. The phone is not at all user friendly.
2. The Battery Back-up and talk time is too low.
3. The Battery replacement is not possible without the help of service personnel.
4. There is a limitation of storage capacity for incoming calls and messages. Logs are on day based instead of date based.
5. The touch screen sensitivity of slider when a call is received is too low or ineffective.
5. The Bluetooth mostly does not work.
6. No complete hard copy of manual is supplied hence it is difficult to utilise all phone features.
7. After normal use for 60 days the phone screen has become totally darkened and inoperative.
8. The audio quality is exceptionally good with ear phone and it is very faster operating comparing to Windows and Symbian based OS.
SONY ERICSSON should take adequate measure to rectify these deficits and replace the set by another good model for which the matter was mailed to customer support.

what if I try to install the bluetooth app first? will that make it easier?
I really like this phone and I've been looking forward to purchasing one.

I am planning on getting the x10 but I read someones opinion and they stated that the camera is not good at all. Can someone with this phone please tell me if this true. The only reason I want it is for the camera.

Ntsungzin, 18 Aug 2010Portable looks lovely but what a poor camera,not a 5.0 it f... moreits not on the camera of x10 mini, it is depend on how you control the camera to take quality pictures.
