hold power button and middle menu button simultaneously for few seconds to reset, without having to remove cover for reset button!!!

Hi guys..Some Help Please????
..How can i transfer my CONTACT LIST/MESSAGES/ANY OTHER FILES like bookmarks pdf's from outlook on my laptop to the phone....? Or is there a way to bluetooth all my contacts from my Samsung Star to the Xperia Mini?
Other Limitations are:
*Can't sort out photos in Album into Folders, cant even create Folders
*Camera comes preset to 5mp, cant take smaller resolution pics for mms etc
*no photo editor for reducing picture size, cropping etc.
*Battery lasts for less than a day if you play around with the phone
*can only have 1 non G-mail a/c on phone! Thats crap!
*can only downlaod minimum of 25 mails a time and downloads all the content of mails (large data and network charges) There is no option to download only the subject of the mail and then choose then downlaod the rest of the mail should you wish to see it.
*GPS uses google maps which also cost you data charges. Why can't it designed to work like a nokia with preinstalled maps so the phone only uses GPS to find your position - this way its free.
*No pdf Viewer, No document viewer.
*No equaliser for Music Player. Sound not totally impressive.
*Loudspeaker has good clarity but not loud enough. Also its placed on the back so if the phone is on a soft surface, the sound is even softer.
*T9 is good but what's with the dropdown box for selections? Can they make a key to press to select the next option of word? And why cant they design long press for numbers on the letter pad instead of swiping just for entering 1 digit?????
Unless further software Upgrades are available soon, it falls quite short of a smartphone or in some aspects even the Samsung Star which is a third of the price.
Good Points:
*Phone Operating speed is really very good.
*can truely multi task without any lag.
*Camera can do very good pics, espcially in Macro mode.
Looks like the software guys were on on a holiday when the phone was designed!!! THumbs up for the hardware except the cheap looking plastic on front of phone.
When it comes to intuitive ease of use, Nokia still manages to impress and satisfy...

abby, 03 Jul 2010is that mini Xperia X10 gt GPS also ? nid money when using GPS?If use Google Maps (GM) you can do already a lot but not yet navigation like with a normal car GPS.
But there arent in the market, yet, applications for free that can help you.You can get paid apps that work very good like for example Sygic Mobile maps.
If use google maps you have to paid some tarif to your operator, but GM doesnt provide voice navigation to all countries ( in Europe)...

I'm gonna try it but is it... moresorry for late answer, but i saw someone reply before me...that button just reset the phone, not formating the same...you could experience some dificultes but that is mostly becouse some 3-rd party apps you instaled on...very rare...and be brave...:)

Hi guys, i m confused between x10 mini and vivaz, coz mini has a capacitive touch screen but lacs the document reader which is required for me, can any one tell me whether any app is available in android market which solves this problem i.e. document reader and pdf viewer

Otherwise great phone. Could also be my bad for installing too many apps on internal memory. Thanks.

Hi everyone.. I need a little help. I own this xperia x10 mini...i'm enjoying the phone but i think i've installed too many applications so 1st the phone slows down then suddenly the screen blacks out...i know the phone is still on cos the LED still lits up...So i wanna reset the device but somehow at this stage i'm also unable to shut down the phone no matter how long i press the power button.. Normally if something like this happens to a phone i would forcefully shut down a phone by removing its battery...but in this case the xperia x10 mini's battery is not removable...so do any of you guys out there knows a way to forcefully shut this phone off...help. Thanks in advance.

GEORGE, 01 Jul 2010problem with bluetooth connection........some one for help ... morego to android market and install bluetooth file transfer app by using this application you can send and recieve item's from other phones....
