Dear all, after the MR2 update for my X2, the smart dialing feature is gone. The handwritting recognition is also gone. So what can I do? Please help me.....

Is this X7 for real? Specs look real good, will it have a real qwerty keyboard like the x2?
Any ideas when it will be available as Se takes forever to release phones...
I've been seriously considering about nokia E7 as well.

I Just recently ordered an xperia x2 and I was wondering if you need to update with the MR1 update first before the MR2 or does the MR2 include the MR1 update... if that makes any sense....lolz

Dude this is my exact same feeling lool, the mini seems perfect, the latest os of wp7, 3.5 inch screen, 10 mp camera + hd recording. Further, optical zoom ??! optical zoom will make the pictures look amazing no matter how much you zoom in, unlike digital zoom that ruins the pictures when ever you try to zoom in.
I also hope all these specs are true, and I believe that SE will announce everything officially soon :)

i had this fone for 3 days and i loved it but i had to return it as its very slow and i was really disappoiunted cause it restarted on it's own on the 2nd day after buying it

had my se x2 for over a month now. i've noticed that whenever i touch the screen even when the phone is off, there's a ticking sound. not sound coming from the speakers, rather from the screen itself. is this normal? or is the touch screen busted? no problems whatsoever with touch screen performance. my x2 performs flawlessly with touch or when using a stylus. i'm just worried that there might be something broken underneath the touch screen layer. has anyone tried if there's a ticking sound? any response will be highly appreciated. thanks!!

Very good news for people who wants to have an upgrade for their X2's as windows phone users :
According to the leaked specs, the 4.3-inch Xperia X7 will run a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset (MSM8260) and will come with an 8.1MP camera (with 720p HD recording) and HDMI out. The X7 mini will come with a 1GHz Snapdragon (the older QSD8250 chipset) with a 3.5-inch screen and some excellent imaging in the form of a 10.1MP camera with 3x optical zoom and xenon flash.

I feel sorry for other cheap and plasticy products like samsung for example. The material is just a disgrace. And I believe this is the reason why some people are so desperate to ruin sony's image.

SE rocks! Like it or not, it will always be.. The brand, the name will always be there with them, with us.. They have the ultimate pulling power..
Other phones don't have the uniqueness, the elegance that SE devices have.. Sometimes I feel for those who get phones light & plastic just because they have the up to date technology (which will be outdated in the next few months anyway)..
Look at SE phones.. Lush, stylish, metal-built.. Any phones put beside an SE (esp. Xperia series) will feel like a toy..

Sony just posted its yearly results today, and while a ¥40.8 billion ($439 million) loss is never a good thing, it's at least a marked improvement from last year's staggering $1 billion drop into the red, which was the company's first loss in 14 years
