The biggest problem with this phone is the navigation especially the right and the back key.It works sometime nd again the same after reading the comment from every one we all need to lodge a commplaint on consumer forum. Apart from this is an awesome phone but alas plzzzz sony do something abt it.

This phone is worthy for medium range ... games and audio is very nice and great... dont wait.. YARI is the ONLY best....

nitin, 26 Jul 2010how is the battery backup of this phone?????? and camere pi... moreon full charge.. it wud go for 2 to 2.5 days for me with nominal calling/txting and above avrg usage for email and games.. i spend around 3 hrs daily on the latter.
cam quality is avrg.... contrast ratio not tht gud and therefore hav 2 use fotofix everytym (which doesnt bother me)...
shooting pics in nite tym su x tho .. eventho its got LED flash... it just doesnt help
videos r also pretty clear and the sound on it is crisp as well..
i m a budget user and therefore this fone is OK for me but if u r more buzzed up on having gud cam features then u can choose not to go for this phone

have been using this ph since nov.'09 and till date no probs wotsoeva at all....
games r gr8, keypad's working nice...
only trouble for me would be tht i need to use fotofix everytime i click the picture... may b coz of poor contrast ratio on the ph... but 4 the price tht i paid for.. its understandable...
a gud compact work + play mate at a competitive price... only SE cud offer this!

This phone is really wonderful if you are considering the cost... for a mid-range price of Rs.12000, you get A LOT from this phone. This fun little thing is full of surprisingly powerful features: the camera is great,music is simply amazing like in all sony phones, web browsing is pretty decent, also motion sensor gaming is like cherry over the cake. What more can you expect from a mid-range fone like Yari?

I have just bought Yari. It is nice. I loved gesture gaming.

plz guys nd galz dnt go for YARI . . .m not against siny ericson . .u can go for any other sony eric fon. . . .but belive me YARI sucks. . .m using it from d last 7 months. . .. m totally fed up with dis fon . . .So plz avoid it . . . .

Salaam brother . . .me tooo having same problem what you are facing (keypad issue which includes back key nd right navigation key). .. i sbmtd it on 25th june at sony ercsn service center nehru place delhi .. . .nd m still waiting for my fon . .they are saying parts r nt available . .. . this fon reallly Sucks yaar . . .their manger said that we are having 900 yari with us ryt now with same issues. . .it clearly indicates that Sony ericsson YARI is d biggest FLOP of dis year . . . .I jus hate Sony Ericsson now . . . .:(

Be wary of buying this phone. Have got the phone and its keypad started giving issues in 4 months. Currently, my phone is with the service center for over a month. And still they tell me to expect it only after one week (Actually this is what they tell me everytime I call them)! And that too not confirmed.
Have found many other Yari phones have similar issue and are with service centers for an awful amount of time. Many have found the issues to prop up again after first servicing. Numerous of my mails to their Sony have not received any attention.
Loved my phone when I first saw it and I got in my hands. But now spend precious time listening to the service center folks blabber. Worried if I'll ever get my phone back :(
Any one has suggestions to deal with this grievance kindly share...
