natraj, 20 Nov 2010i am purchase yari last 1 month . i hv keypad problem . any... morejust go to the sony e store and ask for replacement... its definitely possible as you have had the phone for just 1 month... you can negotiate under ELF - early life failure warranty

dont mind if the updatesoftware say it is already updated...
go for re-instal phone software from update manager and most errors like hangs,restarts...can be cleared

i bought dis phone since january.. i am facing a problem, why does my friend could not hear me while im talking.. me too.. is it becoz of the signal?

Anonymous, 12 Sep 2010Plzzzzzzzzzzzz I beg to you all.....don't ever buy this pho... morewell i used to be a very big fan of SE since i bought my first phone k750i, the phone was excellent except the joystick problem.Later i purchased w960i which always had touch screen problem even after these bad experiences i foolishly bought yari in this jan and since then the phone was giving some or the other lind of trouble u wud b surprised to hear that my phone has been lying in the service centre frm the past 3mnths.it has keypad problem,slider problem and even some major problems.i totally lost faith in the company nd i have shifted to samsung which re far better phones

Price is 450 and the result is awesome

Anonymous, 05 Nov 2010Dude I am also having endless reception problems with the Y... morejust change the network settings manually from your phone from 3g to 2g and powercycle ur handset.
u shud be able to find noticeable difference in reception.
if its still not helping out, try doing an isolation test, use the sim at the same location in a different 3g phone.
try doing a sim replacement, shud help u, if not then i am not sure if its a genuine network problem due to ur phone or u do not have enough towers in ur proximity!
i am yari user in NZ over vodafone network and i have no coverage related issues.

I cant leave it in my pocket or the a pouch it looses signal in full coverage areas. I am a die hard SE man but I hate the reception on the yari it pathetic.
