I bought this phone two years ago.... what a bunch of moaners you lot are:Lets discuss the points you raised......
a)the battery lasts up to four days with moderate usage.
2)The phones sms system works fine but you have to be able to spell correctly. If you cant tough luck!
3)My phone was loaned to my father who works on a building site and well it was dropped repeatedly and quess what it still works prefectly no problems with reception or the speaker or screen. and People I live in Africa so reception usually in a problem but not with this phone!!!!

fo me it is the most unique cellphone i saw so much for the velvet blue color.i really like it.

its a wonderful fone battery gives prob at times but still its a gud but ne1 who thinks otherwise its obvious u cant use the fone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, some of you complained that the z200 doesn't have MMS. Well, READ before you buy. If you're unsure of anything, ASK the phone dealer! Don't buy things blindly, then complain and regret later. What you pay is what you get. Don't expect to get a Mercedez when you only pay for the price of a Hyundai. Do your research before you buy!

I bought the z200 when it first came out and used it for about 3,4 months. Overall, the phone itself was solidly built with limited features. But that price, I had no complaint. I loved the games though which were probably the feature which I missed a lot. I would say, this z200 is perfect for those who do not want a "complicated" phone.

there is no way to remove the wallpapers or ringtones. the phone's functionality is very limited, including its poor GPRS browsing support. Text messaing via T9 is poor and other than its fanciful design - it is a horrible phone.
But i like it. I bought the phone purely because of its looks and I was prepared to have a horrible phone.

4096k colours, scuse me:)And another bad thing: some ugly ringtones and wallpapers can not be deleted, using memory. Do you guys know how to get them out?

Really nice looking phone, you can change it's appearance very easy. Battery stands about 3 to 4 days.Good 4.650 k display, better than most of similar phones. Ringtones a lot better than nokia at this price, and even most expensive ones. Speech volume is really ok, better than nokia, stop complaining.Stupid things about it:back cover system hard to open, sim hard to get out, no MMS.

i love the design of this phone but unfortunately after 3 months the outer screen stopped working, then caller i.d stopped working, then i would get blue screen sometimes whenever i flipped the phone open, the phone would freeze alot, and also it's a really really slow phone. i had nothing but problems with this phone. such a shame because it's a beautiful phone. FYI it's a discontinued handset so once you start having problems, it has to be replaced by a different model and most times you have to pay extra fees for that like i had to do.

THE PHONE IS VERY GOOD. i HAVE BECOME AN OBJECT OF ENVY SINCE bought the phone. It's bad side is that it becomes hot as I speak on during calls and its ring volume is not high enough

I love this phone, im so sick of phones with cameras and mms and all that, if i want a digital camera i will buy a 3MP camera not a phone with a camera not worth talking about.
To answer shahjahan's question, yes u can transfer ringtones/pictures from any phone providing it has the correct extention (*.jpg or *.mid) and is under 10kb

Had this phone over a year now and its great. although it does not have a camera, the design actually compensates what it lacks. Very affordable and beautiful flip type phone.

I have been using this phone for about 7 months and my mum used it for a while before...it is a really bad phone, its too slow to write sms's, lately I cant send sms's, the phone freezes in the middle of writing sms's and then I have to put the phone off and put it on again to continue with the sms. And now I find it hard to get reception and keep it. I hate this phone now and cant wait to get a new one. Whats with the silly clip thing on the top...looks like some sort of handle bar, its ugly.

Is IR of this set compatible with sonyericsson k500i?Can it recv polyphonic ring tones,pictures,wallpapers,themes from SE K500i via IR?

the phone is gr8 i am using it now since december and its rocks it have only one problem the ring volume is very low but to new users i will not suggest this mobile it would be better if they buy SE K300i its another gr8 phone u can do allot more with it video recording mms mp3 file can be set as a ringtone and the prices are almost same k300 is just a bit expensive but it can do allot more so my suggestion is that go for k300i unless u need a model with flap

i think ite great its phenomenal i lihe it sow much end the baterry it hould very much.i think its the best.i love him sow much.i have another one end i keep it in my romme end its very god but my sole phone its z200 sow evaryone how wants to buy it go for it.
