Can ANYONE let me know HOW do you download pictures from your phone to your PC ? I have the USB cable to connect it to the PC but don't know where to get the software ? Please Help..... send me an email, if you can Help.. Thanks I have the Sony Ericsson Z500a

i love this phone, i one thing really like is how you can record anything including songs and make them into ringtones, saves lots of money for those who love to have tons of ringtones, the one thing i do not like tho is that when u flip it open to answer a call is that u have to wait 2-3 seconds before u can speak otherwise they wont hear you

I also have the same problem as Ben I have had the phone for a week and have only been able to connect to the internet twice. The camera is terrible compared to Motorola, I am returning the phone for a Motorola V551.

I bought the Z500 about 1 month ago and had nothing but problem after problem. These are a few of them:
1. When you flip open the lid and say" hello" the person on the
other end does NOT hear you. After saying hello 2 or 3 times
they might hear hello. I think they have a software glitch.
2. The display goes DARK right away.If you need to push the keypad to reach customer no-service at Cingular(which you will be doing forever if you buy this phone) you will have to start the call again.
3. The signal where I live and work makes "mobile service" very frustrating.

ben, you must have got a lemon. i get 4 days easy a charge with LOTS of talk time. make ur cell company exchange u a new one that works. I love the features, aim works great, phone is easy to figure out as you use, except for the email. I am lost on that one. and the MP3 deal...but i'm not a music downloader. phone is good for the user, easy pic taking, just looks clunky. not for the pimp who wants to have a good looking phone. desireable faceplates are hard to find and its not the smallest phone in teh world. I wish it was smaller and curvier. i like how theres no antenna to break =)

My z500a wont connect to aim or the internet. it also wont send any kind of message. it was working fine for a couple of months then quit working for no reason. does anyone know how to fix this?

Z500a is the real name for this Product. I heard that SE has already canceled Z500i at Indonesian market. So there will be no Z500i. The reason? Pitty that informan doesn't say anything about it

I think this phone is great for all of those people who enjoy SEMC products but didn't want all of the fancy features of other phones, this is specifically designed for people who wanted a phone just to make phone calls and chat with friends
