I really liked it. Unfortunately, after 13 months of use and extremely care with it, it's screen became blank, and the fone stopped to function.

this phone was brilliant for me for a very long time. unfortunately i am now experiencing the white screen of death. it is deadly. but its life was long, the battery was great and its very user friendly.

this phone is not users friendly.my s.e z520i had a problem on screen and it's hard to charge.if i were you dont buy this phone or else you will regret and suffer...

worked well for me until it got the white screen of death. i thought i could fix it myself, but i couldn't get it back together and i haven't regretted it

I could receive the calls and could dial the numbers but could not see what's going on. I ordered a flex cable from ebay for $2.99 (+ $2.99 shipping) and replaced it. You have to be very very careful while replacing it as it's a very delicate. But after replacing and switching the phone, it worked like a charm. For $6 my cell phone Z525a is back to track!!!!

I have the same problem with display. It's flat cable. Every service can replace it, price is about 15e, but it will work jost for next 2-3 months...

well i got this phone for a year now, i have no problems with it, actually its a nice phone, i really like its theme and the quality of its photo....it just depends on how u handle and care for your phone.....

Yes, something is always wrong with the screen. I love the phone, but I can't call out or can't see who's calling in due to the messed up screen.

Can you please post how the flex cable is disconnected on the back side? I figured out the front (lcd display side), but not sure on the other end, and don't want to break the flex cable. I'm taking the cable from another Z525a that does not work in order to repair one that has a white screen. Thanks

ya thats so bad i fixed the screen once and now it has same problem again. dont buy it coz it will cost double its price to fix as it go down after just after u finish ur garantee

my friend have this phone and it has problem with screen-it's white and don't show anything. i love this phone but now i'm kinda frightened to buy it. the phone is great but it misses m2 slot and beter screen.
