silent the snap shot sound while taking pictures by making the phone on silent mode either by setting the profile or press+hold # button to activate silent mode

To the gentleman asking how to set the video duration on more than 30 sec, just go to the video shoot mode ans select high quality video

The z520a has a limited SMS memory! It only holds a few dozenns of messages! And you can not transfer SMS or MMS to the computer! only images, videos and sounds!
I got the z520a to use it with my messages but this design joke is what I got! where is the firmware upgrade to fix it!!!
And you see nothing on the screen under sunlight, and the plastic screen cover of mine fell off and I had to glue it!

erm ... i think there's a need for me rewrite it . what i mean is u can set mp3 as MSG/SMS tone .However it will ring ard 10 secs as sms tone .If u set mp3 as RINGTONE , it just depends on ur network and it will ring as long as u want ... No worry for that ..

wow!!! i just got dis fone and it's great all the features r gud, i rilly rilly like dis fone tnx to my sis she bought it for me. its very handy and very easy to use like nokia fones.

some ppl say tat tis fone the mp3 ring tone will onli ring about 10 sec so after 10 sec if we did nt hear the fone ring it will stop ringing?? n it take pic on it own..?

The phone is a bluetooth phone. Also if you want it in anyother color then blue you can go to the cingular store and ask for the other color face plates. If they dont have them then they can direct you to someone who does. Dont go to radio shack though because even though we did just start carrying cingular we at this point in time do not have the face plates for this phone. If there are any other questions please feel free to ask because not only do i sale this phone but i own one and i have absolutely loved it.

hi...everything looks nice...except the thing on top..it ruins the whole feature on the phone
