the solution to your problem is not your phone but the battery and I suggest that you go buy a new battery for your phone so that it will not shut down when you closed your phone.

Hi i have one of this phone but everytime i close the phone it some times shuts off...is that a software problem? i sent it to fix an they changed the battery!!!

Yes! it has a music recorder just follow this steps that I will give to you;
STEP 1. Go to the icon Entertainment
STEP 2. Go to Record sound
STEP 3. There in Record sound, you can record the sound for how much you want bec. it has no time limit if your recording a sound.

hello bros and sis
i hv used z550i for past 6 months now. i have played games, installed softwares, and lot of themes in it. it is a faboluos set and i love evry bit of it. but the problem is that the set fall of my hand and its display went out. i repaired the set. but now, it supports no themes (sometimes shows partial display) and applications now. what should i do? i really love this phone. would i upgrade the software. plz inform me. mail me directly at mithun619@yahoo.com

you can choose either the one I wrote below or this one bec. I have found more easier way how to reject calls without pressing the volume buttons on your right that has a minus and plus sign and here are the steps to follow how to accept calls "from those person you want only to call you";
STEP 1. Go to "Settings"
STEP 2. next Go to "Calls"
STEP 3. next Go to "Manage Calls"
STEP 4. next go to "Accept Calls"
STEP 5. next choose "Only from list"
STEP 6. then click "New"
STEP 7. after clicking "New" add the Contacts you want to be accepted when calling you.
STEP 8. Remember when you chosed the contacts you want to accept when calling you those are the only Contacts that can call you and NO one else.

Chivo it has a reject call without opening the phone and there's a small button on your right that has a sign plus and minus just press twice either the plus or the minus button to reject the call or if you don't want to answer some calls.

as if it does not have, this means that i will have to answer all my coming calls & sometimes i don't want to answer some people.
