The Z550i is decent for a mid-ranged fone. Been using mine for 17 months now, and it still works just fine no matter how often I drop it. Maybe the premium aluminum exterior helped. lol.
Music quality is above average and can compete with the Walkman series. Of course the camera sucks when you take low-light photos, but if you use it on the beach or any well-lit area, the quality can compete with 2.0 MP fones.
For a mid-range fone, this one is at the top of its class.

if you have a 2GB memorystick for this phone it recognizes almost 200+ music and you can play it at the media player so that it will play straight song by song and you can watch movies that is 3GP and their's available battery that is "900 MAH" and you can change your battery "700 MAH"... and their's additional new games that is 3D and you can install them in this site;

NO! problem dude and we want to help you in your problems and i suggest that you go find a SE shop they have the spareparts that you want even it's old or new and If you want to dowload games, software or buy a battery for this phone that is up to 900MAH just contact me and I will help you ere to get those things... To everyone who helped thanks for your help. Unfortunately when i took the phone to the repairs shop they said they dont have the parts to fix it as the phone is older than 1 year. After 17 months of usage, it is going to be hard to find a substitute.

hae dudes.. im using 550i for past18 mnths.. catchy style.. audio ciruit is simply great, none is there to beat it. but camera.. lots of noise in pictures not looks good. and can anybody advice me about the software upload.. need more info about it.. give me a mail to make me know. how to do and what are the advantages.

brought one of dese fone november last year within ah month time it blank out teice in de end dey say it was ah manufactures problem wont advice u to buy any.
