I LOVE THIS PHONE!!!!
the best phone i have ever owned and the toughest by far!!! I'm not even worried about dropping it now, its been bashed and beaten and dropped down a toilet and still is not showing any kind of problems with its function at all! Best phone ever I never want to get rid of this phone!!!!

good phone with simple basic features and easy to browse and the camera resolution is good too and the metal cover is hard which protects your your phone from getting damages...

yes! this phone has good basement reception and my phone accidentally had fallen in toiletbowl and I let it dry for 2 days and it's still working well and no problem at all and I have even dropped this several times but it's still working well and the one who said that the cover of the phone which is made up of half metal and half plastic protects your phone from being damage and this phone is amazing with simple good basic features and I have 2GB memorystick for this phone!!!

Phone is problematic... If you close the fold too hard, screen blanks out! Just shuts off... Returned it... got tha same problem. Had a nokia 6131, close it how hard u want, never shuts off. Guess sony is just inferior quality. They should probably stick to making other electronics.

hey bought this fone in november last year and in one month time had to take it back just blank out not seeing nothing get it back in 2wks time dem within another 2wks had de same problem and up to now dey cant get it fix yet it bout 2month now.

advantage-1. good color resolution 2. good design 3. good connectivity 4. good camera
disadvantage-
1. very poor battery 2. speaker sound is low

this phone is damn good guys.the best.! im very carless,almost 1yr i hav been using this phone,since then i hav dropped it soo many times dat i hav lost count..almost everyday it falls off from my hand... and stil it has not given me any probm...lov u Z550..!!lol

Its sterdy and good. get it if you want a good basic phone with some bells and whistles like Mp3 and AAC, Fliptop and RDS Radio! Screen is good and nice contrast.
