its a realy gud phone wid gud camera nd display ,. nd the battery life is quite ok .,. the speaker volume is a bit low though .,.

Great phone!! Great Battery! I don`t know how your battery drained so fast! Smart an beautifull!!!! Get one as fast as posible!

Sporadically, the external display doesn't show incoming call. only ring is heard and has to open the flap to see the number. When this happens,cancelling the call with volume buttons also doesn't work. any clue on this???

hi. i bought dis fone yesterday. i m really happy wid d features it has but i hav a small problem. can any1 tell me how 2 increase the ring tone of d mobile? i hav increased it by pressing the + button at d side and also selected d maximum volume 4 its ring tone but when some1 calls, the volume is really low.PLEASE HELP.

last week i bought my 550i. and feeling the same as u. battery is very poor, got drained in almost one and half days.. have u found any soln for that?

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and it's been great. Recently however it's been turning off randomly even though it's fully charged. PLEASE HELP!!

If i check the battery status just after the call,it shows some value. Keep the phone idle for some time and battery status goes high,without charging. Typically a variation of 6-7 %. Is this normal behaviour?
and i find the battery to be too weak..
and my observation after 2 days of buying it was...the battery got drained in almost one and half days..would the battery be faulty?? plz revert on my email address

Helen, you can turn your z550 silent by keeping the "#" key pressed.
This is a grat phone. It dos it´s job pretty well. Good pics, great sound quality, light and stylish finish.

Hi I am thinking of getting this model can you put the phone onto silent without turning off so you can see if you get texts. Like samsung - never had a sony erricsson before. Thanks.

Don't think that I am a pessimist. I have purchased a SE Z550 cellphone but it worked just a half a day and its screen turned white and then turned off and will never turned on and I couldn't still use its guarantee services. Of course its shape is very wonderful.

Yes. It's normal that behavior. With my K750i the same thing happens. My previous K500i used to behave the same way.
