I've been using my pink Z610i for more than 2yrs now and still counting, so far i've not yet experienced any major problem with this phone, nothing wrong with the software, no blank screen..etc... But i do have a problem with the scratch and the keyp...

I drop my phone all the time for 2 years and nothing's really wrong with it except for some ugly scratches.
