hey i bought this phone as i opened the sealed pack n i saw the pone it was full of scratches very shocking

Of course you can, but in SOME packages, Z610i does not come with a headset, you have to buy for your own

Hey Im from the Philippines, and my sister just bought Z610i last June and its nice. Its very responsive (i mean FAST) as compared to my W900i.
It has a decent camera, although it works sub par IF compared to K-series and some W-series. But it is fine, it just lacks a built in flash and auto focus but images are still good if exposed to good light conditions

i really want this phone... but i cant make up my mind!! people say its great but theres no zoom and it smudges.. eww. but the pink one is cute. i also want the nokia 6267 but im getting impatient waiting for it to come out in the Philippines. HELP!!

what does 72 channels mean for ringtone?? does it mean it has 72 types of ringtones?? cuz i juz bought this phone and it only has 3 types of ringtone, and 1 type of theme. is that right?

I've been using Nokias for some time, and switched to Sony Ericsson to test. This phone is awesome in terms of features and usability. I noticed some issues you might consider:
- No autofocus / Cannot zoom with camera in photo mode (video yes, can zoom).
- Cannot zoom on photos in gallery/folder
- No keypad lock + lock with code. Might have been useful for keeping kids and others from using your phone.
- No FM radio
- Couldn't get AAC audio files to work on it
Apart from those, the phone is great. Sound is loud and clear from back speaker. Keypad is easy to use (but lags a bit in messaging sometime) and camera is ok. No regrets apart from the points above. I miss the Keypad Lock function most.

Awesome phone!!
Only drawback tho is that you cnt zoom in the PHOTO MODE, althought it has an awesome zoom in VIDEO MODE..
In response to the outside LED screen,
It can't be set.
It will show those "Bubbles" when you are actually talking on the phone.

It has rewind and fast forward....while playing,,continously press the right button on the cirle(middle)for fast forward and left for rewind..it's in the manual.

ive had one for about 6 months now in luster black.. it is so awesome.. it practically never hangs, the menu looks so sexy and the speaker at the back is loud and clear.. the pictures from the camera are hot when transferred to pc.. love it. i was just irritated by the finger prints on the front cover at first, but whatevah..
