geri. go to settings, general & go down to flight mode, select don't show & this will stop it coming up when you start the phone up.
once the music is playing you can shut the phone & it will still play. on the outside there is a silver button above the 2 pink buttons if you click this, this will start & stop the music once you have selected your "my platlist" in the music section.

Just got my PINKY hp yesterday:-
(a) Thinking of expanding the memory
Do we have to use the SONY ericsson m2 memory chip? the staff say can't use brand like scan disk as not compatible?
(b) do u always have the message to select mode (normal or flight) followed by if need "update service"?
- can by default select "normal" and never ask us again? and
- always select "yes" or "no" for update message? need pay $? any bugs for updated version?
(c)when i listen to a song, once i close the clam, the music via the speaker is off.
-anyway to let song keep playing via speaker even if clam is close?
-repeat play mode possible?

i cant wait till i get Z610 next week *whopee!!* the 'magical' display is jus sexy people!!!.. so excited right now~ really happy abt the feedbacks from ppl of dis phone(since i dont relli listen to dhe radio.. etc)'m gettin dhe black one.. gee i instantly fell in w/ Z610 ytd!! man .. it may be disappointing but whatever.. :D im inlove w/ dis phone.!! but relli disappointed abt the camera inside since its only for 3G video calls.. sigh. n relli scared dat i'll scratch dhe surface of dhe cover:S:S since im really clumsy! so i was thinking:
could u change the covers?

ych. i never said you could change the covers, i said i did not no but 1 website i went on said it had changeable covers.

aww, it sucks that we can't put accessories on the phone but it's ok i guess, i'm glad that the inside camera can take self portraits

I thought you said you could change the covers in an earlier post?
Also, I just found a website where they sell the Z610i shells. I'm pretty sure if you buy it and go to a cellphone mechanic store, they might be able to swap the shell for you.

liz. sorry my mistake no lead with this phine, you will have to buy 1 or a bluetooth dongle.

no you can not put a dangle charm on this mobile cause there is no hole for it.
you can not change covers.
this phone comes with a pc suite cd & a usb lead to use with your computer so you will not need to buy 1. i transfer my bits via computer this way & i must say its very easy to do.

5) the phone comes with cd rom cd's etc you might be better off buying a bluetooth connector to uploads and download pictures

i'm wondering if i should buy this phone
Questions:
(some of theses questions are already asked but i did not really find the answers)
1) Can we put phone accessories on the phone?? where?
2) can we chnge the cover if it ever get damaged or scatched??
3) The interior (inside) camera, can take pictures too, right?? it's not only for video conversations??
4) for the exterior camera, can we take self portraits like shut the camera and then take pics like other flip phones?
5) how to upload pictures from the phone?? do they provide the program? cuz my "old" phone, i had to buy a separate cord and CD to upload pictures T__T

the reason why pink is more expensive is coz..its really a limited edition phone..that's why its approximately RM200 - 300 more than the other colours.

I juzst brought this hp today! An advise from my girlfriend! I got the blue one. It's nice cz it is a Sony Ericsson product. One think I would like to know? Can this phone take self-portait? If can, how?

Kitkat. I currently live in Canada and I'm having no problems with using this phone.
But I got the phone from a Chinese store over here, so they activated it for me.

i bought it yesterday for my wife and i hardly give it away since it's excellent, i repeat excellent business phone with good multimedia features, but it's for ladies :-)
