I stumbled across these deatils on a Sony Ericsson (non-official) page...
The Z800 will be released in April/May 2005 in UK.
It should be availble on 02 and Orange (3G).
The will hopefully be the same as the current V800 price.

I wanna know how people know that the Z800 is expensive...can anyone tell me how much it is? please dont tell me about any other version of the phone and how its cheaper and that I can get it in japan...I'm not going to be gonig to Japan. Just tell me how much the Z800 is, please.

I just got this phone on Friday. I love it!!! I got the Vodafone brand but with the Z800 software. It works great with no problem. The only thing I have problem with is that when I go to the Internet to download stuff it keeps telling me the phone not recognized. Any Idea how to fix this issue? please advise.

why is this phone cheaper than the v800 isnt it the same bu unbranded?

If you wanna get this phone ASAP, buy Vodaphone 802SE in Japan cheap and get it unlocked. They are given different names but identical. My buddy did it and it's working fine in the US.

Have just managed to convert my V800 to a Z800 with a software upgrade for £8 on the net http://key.westerna.org The first thing I notice is I now have a zoom lens on the camera and can use my own mp3 files as ringtones but if you try to download any games the phone doesn't seem to be recognised.

So, over all, which mobile is better, the V800 or the Z800. And is the Z800 out anywhere in the world? Cause I thought it hadn't come out yet. Would anyone one know the price of the Z800? This is a difficult one, cause I could go out right now and get the V800, but I dont wanna waste my money if the Z800 is better.

I honestly think that the menus on this phone are ugly and the ones on the v800/v802se look much better, better icons, better text size better everything~ plus now you can buy v800 face plates to get rid of the voda branding! and v800 is cheaper but has the same features same everything so v800 is a better deal!

In opinion...S700i sound quality isn;t that good. i m using K700i...i found tat even K700i sound quality is much better than S700i. i really feeling like wan to get a Z800...although its camera only 1.3 Mega pixel
