Sony releases a series of masterclass videos to promote the Xperia 5 II

Ro, 24 September 2020

Sony made a series of promo videos for its most recent Xperia 5 II smartphone. Each video focuses on a different aspect of the handset, showing you how it excels at it. Sony borrowed known-how from many of its other divisions and worked with external partners to make the Xperia 5 II what it is.

The first masterclass video is all about photography and it makes sense since the Xperia 5 II not only packs a very capable camera setup, but also some exclusive features targeted at enthusiast photographers.

Of course, the video recording capabilities aren't overlooked - in fact Sony made a dedicated masterclass video about cinematography. It tells you more about the shooting and editing capabilities of the Xperia 5 II.

To make the multimedia experience complete, the phone also excels in audio. It's one of the few flagships nowadays with 3.5mm audio jack, but that's certainly not its only claim to multimedia fame.

The next masterclass takes us through the design process of the phone. The Xperia 5 II's styling certainly stands out, but if you want to hear more from its designers check out the clip below.

And finally, Sony puts that Snapdragon 865 to work with some mobile gaming. The last masterclass talks about the gaming-related optimizations and capabilities of the handset.
