Just system update your phone to kitkat 4.4.4 version by using Sony PC Companion software. I think you will fix your problem...

it shows that it has internal memory of 4gb but only 1.73 gb is showing in storage .where is rest memory?

Good with battery life, cam is with low Mp(only 5 mp).
Price is high (Rs:9990) for this price we get good phone with more features.Micromax offers good phone with more features. within this price.....
So, please choose a good phone on your own budget.........

Sony Xperia E3 Dual bad phone, price is always high, i bought the phone 25.03.2015, rs- 9900/- but sim slot diffect, the phone return to the store , and again store give me a new one, same problem issue, don't buy this phone friends & always hanging problem always. battery is inbuilt this phone. internal memory is 1.7 gb only , the phone not support dual sim, one slot is always diffect its my experience. Micromax is more better than Sony E3 dual, My money and time is wrost.

Sony E3 is a suprb device in 10000/- range. i allready use this handset last 7 days .
* Camera quality is super no any distortion in zooming the pic but front camera is not very good.
* 3G speed depends upon network but by handset it also very fine.
* Call quality is very very clear.
* Music & Video sound quality is awesome.
* No any hanging problem at all.
* No any handset heatup even due to non-stop internet using.
* Screen quality is very fine.
* Battery backup is 7-8 hours on non-stop internet using.
Note:- Please buy this handset only from sony store or authorised dealer.

This phone is a worst phone ,Camera quality is very low like vga camera, very dull photos, Can't download apps from playstore, Internal memory below 1 aGP shown, All round this is very bad phone pls don buy wast of money
