i purchase e3 dual on 31 Oct it has many issue sound breaking in Walkman aap battery stop charging while charger is connected, when open camera show camera is not available some time ,ear receiver stop working, hang during calls , network very week, that all fault starts with in 20 days very bad phone

Bought this phone a week back. Its simply superb and value for money phone. I'm in chennai and bought it in poorvika. Mobile coated me-12800+ scratch guard-250+ mobile case-190+new Sony mobile headset-250rs(mega bass headset bought in rich street). The phone is so nice to use. It really matched the performance which I expected. My previous phone is MMX canvas HD. Comparing these two, the mobile is more fluid. More configurable options. The display is good. Though Ifound that the video clarity is good and vibrant on my MMX. But experias screen is good too. The colours are good and well saturated for a 218ppi display. Music clarity is good. As its sony. Only thing is the bass range is heavy. After getting a new headset, i really tried hard with equilizer to control the heavy bass. As im a stereo lover. No lags found as it combined with 1.2 quad core with 1 GB ram. Camera is acceptable and good for 5mpx. Video is good too. Call clarity is nice. The important thing the battery is really awesome. I'm bit heavy user. Inserted 2 sims. With sim 1 connected with 3g. Then what's app and viber always connected. It gives me a complete day of standby. Exactly for complete 24hrs. Camera flash is very powerful. It really helps in dark places. I think I gave out a very neutral review. Thanks and I'm ready to answer your questions politely. An value for money mobile phone. Very good in all aspects. Well we can't expect a galaxy s5 or HTC one performance on this price range. This is a good phone and I will recommend to everyone.

I went service c... moreYeh its update problem.moved apps are not showing in menu.i think sony should provide another update to solve this problem. But u can still see all the moved apps in menu,by going in settings->Home-> then select simple home and after that then exit simple home.i have done and it comes.

I went service center, they flashed my phone but problem is still alive. Now I'm going to replace it. Move app to sd then power off ur device now power on u will not.find ur moved apps. They told me to wait for update they have.no.solution. Surprisingly they know this.

That time u must remove back cover, between sim2 slot and memorycard there is hole. U can use pointer device like pen or pencil.and press it. Your phone will get off. Actually it is reset button

when we got problem of shut down,,,lets keep it til battery completed finished and charge your phone after that it wil work,,,,,myself experience of this problem
