The processor mtk6582 can play and record 1080p or fullhd videos without lag.the same processor is used in micromax canvas A1 and huawei holly.
The only problem that i have regarding the phone is i think it is not good for gaming. Mali mp2 dates back to 2011.games would run with minor lags in full graphics.
E3 adreno 305 is more powerful gpu.
I think sony will update to lollipop.

Shash Kant, 19 Mar 2015As for as I know Xperia E4 is a good phonei went to a store to see the e4 dual.the viewing angles of the display is really verrry good and brightness and colors are very good too...the camera both front and back are much much better as compared to e3.zoom is good.flash is good too.and all those camera apps are there.i think sony has finally started making good cameras for xperias in 2015.the salesman tld that the battery life will be the best.the speakers are loud when he played the ringtones.i think i will buy it after few days.I am waiting becoz although I KNOW IT CAN PLAY full hd videos(AS IT HAS 1.3 QUADCORE PROCESSOR) -I JUST WANNA BE SURE.
IF ANYONE BUYS IT,PLS TELL IF IT PLAYS FULL HD VIDEOS SMOOTHLY.i just want to be sure about this.thanx in advance.

Xperia e4 is available in Faridabad (India) today. I tried to buy it for Rs 11200 only but very ugly look so I can't buy.

AnonD-364748, 18 Mar 2015hay guys sony Xperia e4 dual release in market price 12190...its a great phone.a very good phone.got 1.3 quadcore processor and a very very long battery life.really.if sony can squeeze out more than 2 day battery life on z3,e4 will last even longer.Sony says it lasts more than 7 days on ultra stamina mode.besides,i think it got 3 speakers.

Now I think Sony is trying to make its mark in budget smartphone segment. I can vouch for it that it is better than MotoG2 and its other rivals in this segment.
