My xperia e4 dual is always in black out Or the one they call sudden death for sony users. How can i prevent my phone for this kind of trouble. Because i always pin my pbone to the Emergency OFF BUTTON inside. Please help me with this one. Thank you!

I'm using SONY XPERIA E4 DUAL since 6 months. I got the same problem. I removed unwanted softwares & games. Now it's working fine. I agree camera clarity is not satisfactory. Better avoid installing unwanted softwares & games. May be your phones are hanging for this reason, as I guess.

Mobile is too hanging. automatically restarting. contacts list not displaying.. this is worst in sony history.. i am really fan of sony, But here after NO......

This mobile name we have to change as Sony Hanging. Yes people. This mobile fully hanging in particularly messaging, calling etc., i am not using many apps, Device memory is also fully free. even though it is hanging. Suddenly much times automatically switched off, some times restarting automatically
