2) If I were Sony I would also take every trick on my sleeve to make potential buyers miss that Z1 buyers just got shafted with this new Z2 model... Tablet Z->Tablet Z2; Xperia M->Xperia M2; .....

It is not interested to improve or upgrade their already launched mobile but it is only interested to launch new mobile
First you launched Sony xperia c c2305 not provide any 4.3 or 4.4
