srini , 21 Oct 2015How to degrade from lollipop to kitkat You can go back to kitkat by flashing kitkat firmware using flashtool on your computer. If u have problem about flashing please let me know. I'll help you as far as I can.

I roughly have used lolipop for less than 24htrs and am loving it! Its fast and the visuals are amazing. Am still yet to find fault in the camera department. Sony will fix it soon or later, so suck up your balls and enjoy the beauty of Lolipop...

In my own experience lollipop is much better than kitkat. It is superb. Its very past now.about camera it is to do is on your right setting.

a word from sony on camera issues after lollipop update: With the latest Lollipop software, 18.6.A.0.175, the sharpness has been increased which makes the picture more clear and sharp when displayed on the phone or a PC with fitting to the screen size. The trade-off of increased sharpness is losing details, the pixel details are sacrificed when zooming in. But this will not be seen during normal display with screen size, only when users zoom in to more than actual picture size. We have evaluated this and came to the decision that this can benefit most of users when viewing photos with Xperia M2 / M2 Aqua.

I already back to kitkat from lollipop it work, nothing bad happen.

am using m2 form 5 months
i was happy with its kitkat version
but after upgrading to lollipop
it's came quality becomes bad
and battery charges very slowly and slooooooowly
it charges only 27% in 1 hour
when my phone is switched off
lollipop interface is V.good in this phone
I'm not only satisfied with its camera quality and battery backup

I wanna share my opinion about the difference lollipop and kitkat.
Pros:In lollipop the UI is more cool and unique, camera focus has been improved faster and accurate, also it capture photo faster than kikat, More friendly ram usage.
Cons: camera focus is better and accurate but the photo quality is worst especially when you zoomed it,speaker and headphone sound is low, battery life has been decrease, brightness setting has bug.
Mine already downgraded to kitkat bcos kitkat was better. It's up to you to upgrade to lollipop or not. But i suggest its better to stay on kikat. Let's just hope Sony will fix all lollipop bug.

for those who asking to downgrade to kitkat thay can go to service center with bill xerox and they will get kitkat in their phone.Because the only way to downgrade your phone to kitkat is service center or flash urself with official firmware.

I was happy wid kitkat in my sony m2 but after upgradation to lolipop my camera becomes very dull and video quality become so poor that it automatically drops the brightness of video and its 1080 hd video is not even like 480 hq videos besides this its charging time becomes 10 times than earlier.
