Rama, 05 Jun 2015Not only heats on internet, it does heat when you use camer... moreNot even this phone has heating issue but the entire sony waterproof handsets has same problem,If you lives in a area where temperature is under 35 then you will not face this problem otherwise you should carry an AC or cooler to fulfill your photography needs. Xperia is not made for summer season in hot countries. If you think I am lying you should buy one of these waterproof handsets and course sony after being cheated. I am using Xperia z 1 and facing the same issue in summer after April. I cannot make movie more than 2minutes

frndz u can search for its reviews and read them before buying. .in every reviews they mentioned its display is good if not excellent, camera and speaker has a lil problem. .but the main problem is phone's rear side getting hot after just a few mins of even ordinary use.

Not only heats on internet, it does heat when you use camera special affects for less than minute too... funny thing is it has alert message saying it will stop the application if it reaches to maximum heat, don't don't buy this over priced box

it HEATS OR NOT ??? I m a normal user.. . i dont play games etc.. but ya i use sim internet and wifi regularly for browsing, email, fb, watsapp tc.. so shud i buy? i m confused bcoz i read coments dat it heats alot while browsing also.

This is for all who complaining about heating issues.
Snapdragon 600 series processor have a greater disadvantage which is the heating problem.whichever device equipped with this processor will have heating problem
All the mid range phone now uses this set of processors only with few exceptions.
So leave this problem
Note- The heating is due to the flaw in the processor's cooling agent and this will not affect the phone's performance and battery

A honest review.. I bought this from a local Sony showroom @ Rs 22300..display is very good not excellent.. Browsing is fast..battery backup is execelent..camera performance is up to the mark..the cons are making me worried.. It heats up within mints.. No otg:(..to overcome heat a back panel is must:)
