I updated 2 app two days ago, Clean master & 360 security. after that, the network of one of SIM (with GSM network) disable. I changed LTE & GSM between two SIMs. again, the SIM with GSM network disable. I think one of those app, change setting of network to disable all GSM networks. How can I solve this problem?

At 1 year, the same week the following happened to the phones:
Phone 1. The Ram module died making the phone unusable. Blue Screen of death.
Phone 2. The CPU and Motherboard have dislodged from heat and the phone can only be started by holding tight just near the nfc logo at back.
Please save yourself the trouble and do not buy Sony at all.

For all Reporters, dont forget, sony phones will heat alot so don't use it hard core... because heating damage the circuit, so keep it as phone, not psp or pc...

3 phones i brought for my friends all of them complaint and it used only for one and half years. the repairing charge they ask for each is 10000 .

More than 2 years using, absolutely no problem with it.
In my opinion, still one of the best smartphones in the market. The only thing i don´t like is it's only 8gb memory. My note 1 to 10, i give it 9, no doubt.

This is just a shit. bkcz it is hanging a lot not working properly. I'm facing a lot of problems not starting,hanging,power off and not responding to 3 to 4 days so don't buy this piece of shit.

Purchased in Feb 2016 now facing restarting issue even after giving adequate care. Sony centre says there is mother board issue and it costs Rs.8000/- for changing. Regreting for buying Sony & for putting Rs.18000/- . Now in reviews on various sites i learnt that this is common on this set and other sony phones. I also faced heating issue from starting. Not to buys again might go for Motorola

only problem i faced with this phone is heating issue and internal strage is low other than this is nice phone ,camera quality is good

Overheating ,gradually board will damage. I HAVE REPLACED board two times in 1.8 year duration.
Never buy sony phones without a detailed enquiry.
Because their many models are waste..Everyone is attracted due to the design and brand value but products are becoming waste.
I have burried my M4 aqua in sony service centre.

2 yrs since i use this phone.. never gets overheat.. don't get why people's complain.. and stop with that... ''don't buy this phone'' get over it.. it's over 2 years old phone model, in my country you can't find it no more, unless you want used one, the biggest problem starts after updating to MM android 6.0 without knowing for the well known motherboard problems, other than that my phone is running perfectly fine with heavy gaming.. pvz2, pvzh and cradle of empires, also with heavy using applications

the phone is literally garbo it dies after a year becuase of heating, the heating usually fries the motherboard or kills chips such as camera chip, bluetooth chip and most commonly the wifi chipset. Do not buy this phone as my and my brothers died after 1.0-1.5 years
