Had this phone for two months now,and its working just fine,it has a good camera,nice screen and battery life is ok(battery life still depends on the user and on how many apps installed/working on the background,,,its sleek though the bezels are a bit annoying but its not a deal breaker for me,the os which is 5.0 is ok though 5.1 from my m2 aqua is more smoother,patiently waiting for the marshmallow update,the speaker is loud,u wont miss any notification,problem is its heating,it really gets hot while on gaming,and using data/wifi and doing multi tasking(data on while taking photos/online gaming(coc lol) so its still under users control regarding on its heating prob,,,,inspite of the pros i still like it it still meet my smartphone needs

Ur problem refers to u r turning on the third party flashlight and u r opening ur camera app. Its the problem. Or if it is not means go to settings >apps> cameras and clear data and restart

Bought the m4 aqua on the the 12Th of Feb and had nothing but software issues and cannot use speaker phone. This phone is a rip off. Wind would not honour they're warranty as I tried to replace the phone the second week I had it And Sony will not replace it either. Do not buy this as it will only turn out to be the most expensive paperweight you ever purchased. No wonder Sony has gone to a second rate electronic company. Maybe it's because they don't stand behind they're own product. I feel completely ripped off and spoke to a superviser basically told me they don't stand behind the product and will not replace it. Absolute garbage!!!!

Totally disappointed with this model n sony service center. Went down 3rd times for motherboard n battery failure yet sony serv centre claimed cannot xchange 1 for 1 under warranty. Ridiculous.

I am using SONY XPERIA E-2363 since last six months, but from last four days, the rear camera is not working. The message "ERROR, CAMERA NOT AVAILABLE" appears on the screen. Got a problem, how can it be solved and what are the probable causes of this malfunctioning?
Can anyone help to get rid of it, please?

Seeing all the opinions that have been made regarding this mobile,I was confused if I would buy it or not... But now that I have bought the E2363 model of this mobile, I'm pretty much satisfied.. It doesn't lag at all.. touch screen is very much smooth & the battery backup is pretty well enough.. & also the cameras are pretty well in daylight.. in low light, camera apps support much.. It's surely a good buy for mid price range.. :)

I have my sony aqua4 about 7 months and today i have made a call nothing was wrong with my outgoing speaker then when i made a nother call the people cant hear me but if i put phone on load speaker then they can hear me please help what could be wrong

now after a very long time yesterday i got an update (v. 26.1.B.2.147)
and most of the problem is sorted . although heating problem still persists .
but after couple of update , m sure this will bcom one of the finest phone available.

early heating and very slow...
sony service center is not working correctly in visakhapatnam..
full hanging...
i think this phone burrest early...
u can give give refund money to me
i will give u phone back...
no cemera clarity....

M4 aqua dual is really waste of money....with in 20 days after the service..again started same problems...display went tottaly blue..they have already told changed the mother board .god knows what they are going to change now..worst product from sony..DONT BUY THIS..

Always frozen...
Trying to restart it. Not possible.

I do not recommend. GPS always lose signal!sent to the Sony service say they have no problem It has nothing to do!!
