There is no usb mode option in my m4.. Cant connect to pc...pc companion.. doesnt detect the phone..it shows null.. Can anyone plz help...pls pls pls...is this prblm only in my phone?
Usb connectivity only shows install software option...n therr is no usb mode chaniging option...it just gets charged in mtp mode :'(....

First is have an external SD card insert on the phone. 2nd connect phone to Sony pc companion. Select the repair software before you click. Find the selection where you can save SD card for back up files. After rebooting the files all the phone contact will be retrieved, all the given application will be back. Just remember your user name and password for your Gmail to activate again. What are files lost will be the original music, photos and video demonstration. Just go the Sony Xperia display demo phone and asked the Sony sales person to beam copy of what's lost on your files.

Will, 05 Nov 2015after 3 months the flash of the camera suddenly stopped wo... moreI have my Xperia M before and have a trouble of the microphone is not functioning. What I did was download the Sony Xperia android diagnostic application. It really really check one by one on its parts on-board diagnostic. And you can really tell if the led flash is busted.

W4L33D, 05 Nov 2015Other than the heating issues, is this a good phone to buy?... moreOther than heating problems is lack of storage in 8GB (so better opt for 16 GB). Camera is decent. With 2 GB there is very few chance of hang while switching apps. External storage is no problem for this phone. My opinion is go for this phone with 16 GB internal storage.

Other than the heating issues, is this a good phone to buy? I just want a non laggy phone with good camera, I'm not even a hardcore gamer. Just camera for still shots ans not lagging while switching from app to another. Give me your opinions please. Thanks.

after 3 months the flash of the camera suddenly stopped working , i read some tutorials and also i wrote to sony tech support and they sent me steps to follow to update this phone, i did all of this but after this the issue persist, someone that has experienced the same thing that can provide me some tricks to fix this please? or my flash is already dead?

Rubbish camera, Even Wrost than Lenovo K3 Note which come in half its price and delivers far better performance.. I brought this few days back..but looks are nice.

I wanted to buy this phone, i have made up my mind so many times but every time when i see that 615 Overheating SoC, i drop my plan & search for other options.
Its a good phone with bad processor.
It would have sold like hot cakes if Sony must have launched it with Mediatek/any other processors instead of Snapdragon 615 as they have done in case of Xperia C4.
