Nice phone great features but please support otg camera results is excellent but video 📹 not taking good and please make it device play station certified with compatible dualshok 4

I like the phone in general, camera is very bad my old Samsung S3 was much better I can't even compare. The Aqua feature..... only good if you drop the phone in the water, touch screen doesn't work under water = no pics.... And yes it does heat. No problem with the battery life or charging.

using it from last 22 and now writing a review....
no problem with the phone working well and good even under water...
the only issue find is heating that to not a Sony problem but its the 615Soc which does get heat..
otherwise no issue yet...

One of thr worst phones Ever!!! Only had for 2 was when went dead wouldn't charge told Virgin till us to leave on charge foe 12 hrs but lucky we checked after 3 hrs the phone was so hot it was dangerous even wall socket was hot send to repair center to be told we damaged it and wouldn't fix it got photo from them it's clear it had overheated but didn't want to know and the with Virgin don't go near the phone is dangerous it could have burned our house down

I was really looking forward to buying this phone.
Please do not buy. I have the dual SIM 2312 version direct from Sony.
The camera is absolutely awful. I know its a mid range phone but the camera quality is worse than an iPhone 4. The superior auto mode does not capture pictures, auto white balance does not correct. the focus is slow and you must hold the camera very still even in god light. If the light is even a bit reduced for example low light indoors. The pictures are completely blurred. The focus square disappears on manual mode. Video is poor also, taking along time to focus, by this time the subject of interest has usually moved.
I have compared to an iPhone, 5, 4S, 4 and a Xperia Z3 all have better cameras. It would not be such a big deal if Sony did not advertise the phone as being so good at taking pictures.
also there is a problem with downloading from the play store. After installation of a few apps, the remainder of the apps just hang in 'installing' mode. They never actually install. If you go to clear the cache the area just says 'computing and does not ever complete.
Worse phone I have ever purchased. Really regret this. Please do not make the same mistake.

It's worst phone I have seen. Please don't buy it. you will get disapointed. Battery life is only 4 hours. it takes 10 hours for charging

Anonymous, 04 Sep 2015Sony Xperia m4 aqua dual body hot during charging, playing ... morei purchased this unit a few days ago (sept. 3 2015) and i experienced the same problem with this unit. went to the store to complain they told me that some apps are on that consumes lots of battery power and they turned it off. the following day the problem still exist. today i'll bring this unit back to abenson and i will demand a new replacement.

hello friends. first of all thank you for your reviews because its alerting me. I was planning to purchase aqua M4 but the reviews proved its not a good product and also the service centers are not behaving properly and misbehaving as a result the brand has lost its value.
well coming to the point which phone should I purchase in the budget of rupees 20000.
My requirements are as follows :-
Dual 4g with memory card option, lollypop, long battery back up, screen mirroring, OTG support, Slim and trim smart looking handset,5 inch screen, Should be hang free.

Actually i buy this phone last aug. 23,2015 .it so sad,the front camera is not satisfying. When i take a selfie ,my face was deformed. Its loke like an alien. When i call, i dont know why the light off. Sometimes i want to have a miscall .. Then what should i do i cant see any in the screen.
What should i do? Can u please help me.
