Frnds.........don't update the software which sony gives after buying the phone and tells that after update u will have less heating issues, but the fact is that they are reducing the performance of the phone..... Before update i had an antutu score of 35,000 but after update it has a score of 28,000....

I purchased Sony m4 Aqua last week. It developed heat in the set and also battery drain issue. It also has the often switch off issue. Even after having the new update of software the issue not solved and the service centre suggested for replacement of the set. I have seen many irritated customers at the service centre in few hours for some or other issue with Sony mobiles. Wonder what company is doing with the feedback?

i buy this phone last tuesday and main problem is battery draining so much fast.video making function is not working with camera, heating too much and during calls while screen is not locked and phone automatically disconnected, i returned it to sony center they saying to me that this phone is not repairable.
i think never buy these type of cheap product.

Hello i loved sony phones and at last brought one just 2 week before but today without any reason my phone get s/w off and first thought its due to low battery but after putting it for 1 hr charge i tried to s/w on but its dead.... lost 20k

After update, heating issues are considerably less,. Speaker problems and battery draining are solved, .

its been only two days using this phone.....i am tooooo disappointed honestly,network issues,authentication problem, and ooooh as for the data it chows it like its the end of the world!!!!!
this is my first sony phone.....would not buy it again and most definitely would advise anyone to buy it!!!!!!!!
