Anonymous, 02 Jul 2015Ya I also facing same problem..even if v go to setting and... morewhen did U buy your M4 aqua dual?? i bought it on 6th june.. and today again i had this problem...and i cannt hear even songs and videos.. so i called the xperia help line and now i will go for servicing...No other way..but the phone is working fine...this time i have not tried to restart..beacause its not the permanent solution...and i suggest u also go to the servicing center...

Amrin, 02 Jul 2015Issues with my M4 Automatically Sounds stops working aft... moreI have been using the phone for one month...after 3 days of my usage the display had somelines on it..Sony service exchanged it for new piece and now inhale used the second for one month.. The phone get hot that's normal when ur using net or gaming..if it get too hot don't use it.. If v use it during it is hot the battery drain is high..wait until.it cool.off or just restart it..and then continue..else battery drain and also performace drop happen.when it.is.hot.. Please use the phone in normal temp.. Low light photo r good compared to.other phone, music quality video quality and sound quality r all good..

Issues with my M4
Automatically Sounds stops working after 2-3 days, after restart the phone it works normal
Battery gets to hot while charging and using the phone
Battery drains very fast while using net as 80,78,76,74 within seconds..
Can any one suggest what to do to fix all these problems...Software updation is a better option or not

I hav buy xperia m4 aqua dual last month in 23000 but no longer i have connected to the internet the batteries comes hot like a hell it tried to burn i awesome what comes xperia m4 the batteries are so hot... And after i play the music it can not work properly the speaker has stop working... Sometimes it can run properly but no longer it Stop again.... I hav lost all my money so guy dnt buy xperia m4 aqua dual....

I purchase sony m4 everything is good but phone get hot soon thts why it is a water proof mobile.... Camera is awesome but 2days battry backup not work...its normally battry work

I am about to buy one of these phones, but the 2400 mAh battery scares me a little because with all the features that the phone has, it look to me have an extremely short autonomy. Can anyone tell me about this matter?
