Jatin, 22 Dec 2012I have purchased Sony Miro mobile phone on 22nd september'2... morejatin i bought my phone on 18th september.and after 10days i got problems.and after giving to the service center nd getting no responses to my cmplaint till whole one month i went to the sony headoffice.if u r from delhi then go to a-31 mathura road and meet the sony mobile head or sony mobile service head and complain about whole story.i did the same and on the next day i got my phone.now its working good no issues at all.don't worry just do this.trust me i m also a miro user.:)

I have purchased Sony Miro mobile phone on 22nd september'2012, after 3 days the phone started getting hang, so i went to service center to get it checked & replaced but they told me that its just the software problem, if they will upgrade it then it will resolve, after upgrading it, the phone still gets hang and now on 10th December, i started getting problem with my battery, it was not getting charge properly, after keeping it for full night charging, so i again went to SONY SERVICE CENTRE and now they made me fool by telling that its a problem of a motherboard, if it get changed then i will not face such problem, they told me to wait for 7 days so that they can arrange it,after 7 days i again went to SONY SERVICE CENTRE, but they told me to wait another 1 week and today my phone is completely dead, it is not getting charge, it is switched off, i need to replace this phone now. They think that the public is fool, they have no other work to do...I will suggest everyone not to go for SONY for any product, if in today's world they are not able to satisfy their customers then i think Chinese companies are far better then them. We all know that Sony is one of the most expensive company, there are lot many other competitors who are providing much more good phone with LESS PRICE, if we are taking the decision to purchase SONY, then its just for the brand name but the problem which i have faced, it is really ridiculous..

Miro is my first Sony android smart phone I am using around one month no problem facing till date its one of the best android phone under 14k it has only 800hz processor but perfectly plays he games like temple run, front line commando etc.
download opera Mobile browser for smooth surfing and downloading.
I am fully satisfied
