The first month with my Sony Xperia miro was wonderful, he was my first smartphone and I got all excited, I downloaded all kinds of applications and everything was great, but than it started breaking down. The breaking down continued until I did the factory data reset. After that I only installed some basic applications like dropbox, whatsapp and facebook messenger. I also uninstalled all the unnecessary preinstalled applications I already got on the phone. But, the same thing happened. So basically I'm resetting the phone every month, sometimes even more often. I dont use any application anymore unless the browser I already got preinstalled. Also the camera doesnt work, when I turn it on the front camera turns on (which is black by the way...) and when I turn on the first camera it doesn't even have the flash option or any other option. The 3,5 mm jack works only when he feels like working. So I had many awkward moments in the bus or train where my phone starts "singing" my music on loud.... But lucky enough I don't have any music on my phone anymore because that makes him break down. Dont get me wrong, Its a nice phone, and Its in a great condition, but the system is terribile.

i got that phone 6 months ago.its good mobile but -like others- the phone sometimes restart.also theres no update for its android

after i purchased this unit more than 1 month ago, a had the same problem.. autorestart etc. but this problem was gone after i reupdate or reinstall the software of my unit using sony pc companion and after reinstalling or re update, i made a reset...until now my miro still working perfect! no autorestart etc...

I have purchased it on May-2013. This phone is frquently restart when i talking on phone. Upate software but still problem is continues.

The... moretry to RE UPDATE the software using pc companion... i also faced the same problem...i re update the software from their website and now auto shutdown was gone..

Always shuts down during active calls and restart automatically again, note that i am using this phone on a basic needs ( not crowded with installed apps )
